Restroom has what looked like used needles on the toilet tank. Told cashier on my way out and she said she wasn't surprised.
Skip this place and go across the street to Speedway. It was much cleaner.

I got a drink from the cooler and when I got to the car, I realized it had rat feces on it. When I brought it back inside, he told me it’s OK. I’m free to grab another. Lmfao - not.

Hands down the best gas station in the area. The pumps are fast, the place is clean, and the staff is actually friendly. After dealing with the painfully slow pumps at that BP down the road, this Shell felt like a dream. I was in and out in under five minutes. They even have a solid snack selection and clean bathrooms. Do yourself a favor — skip the BP and come here instead. You won’t regret it.

It says it's open 24 hours. That is only for fuel at the pump. The convience store is not. It wasn't even open at 7am. At least change your hours on the app and post the hours you are open on the door at the store. I will update my review if I see that you take that seriously.

Nasty bathrooms!! One stall in the ladies restroom had a shower curtain as a door! What on earth? I know it's kentucky and we tend to rig stuff alot but come on, that's just greediness right there! 0/0 stars if I could, would NOT recommend

This gas station is the epitome of uncleanliness. The bathrooms are in a deplorable state, with fecal matter and cigarette ash strewn about. It is clear that the health and safety of customers is not a priority here, and I would not recommend purchasing any food items from this location.

Stopped between 8am-9am. Amazing cashier! Great smile, friendly and helpful service.
