I had to have my truck towed into location due to flat tire on interstate. I am very thankful they had a tire in stock. Service was very prompt.. however… this morning I took my truck to my place of service in Elizabethtown Ky due to having road hazard warranty on bad tire. The ONLY lug nut that was secure when they went to change tire, was the locking lug nut. All others were not properly torqued to specifications. I am very fortunate that wheel did not come off on the highway coming home yesterday and one, wrecked myself, two, wheel caused someone else to wreck. Very disappointing, this company is supposed to be better than this. At least when I worked for them in Louisville Ky, we took pride in what we do and took care of our customers.

On a road trip with a few kids. Our car started to make crazy noise and wobble. We brought the car in and they checked on it and found the tire was not tightened and could have been dangerous for us. They fixed the tire free of charge and recommended we get it looked at when we get home but deemed it safe for the rest of the trip. Grateful for the kindness and the safety for our family!

Mike was the best. Got my car straightened out and replaced bad tires. Mike and one of the other mechanics figured out what the problem was and took care of it. Great job guys.

We pulled off the expressway while on a road trip far from home due to a rapidly deflating tire and were lucky to find this Tire Discount business. Anthony was great in removing the lodged metal piece and sealing the hole with immediate service while we waited, even though it was within an hour of closing time. Highly recommend this business for it's service and fair pricing.

My husband and I always try to go to this Tire Discounters location because of the good service! Just got our tires rotated and both Kylee and Les were very courteous and helpful. We have gone to other Tire Discounters locations and we like the Dry Ridge location the best! Kylee always does a great job he was quick and efficient and wants to make sure he addresses any issues that we maybe having with our tires! We will be going back to them.

We’re so beyond thankful and blessed that we found this place. Not only was it 10 minutes after their closing time on a Saturday but they had absolutely no problem welcoming us in, looking at our tire, and saying…. We can fix it. AMAZING SERVICE.
We appreciate their help so much and now can continue our road trip to FL. God bless and thanks again Mike and team.

Very negative experience here, and now (4 days later) I suddenly have six warning lights on my dash: brake system, adaptive cruise control problem, lane-keeping assist problem, collision mitigation system problem, road departure mitigation system problem, and auto high-beam problem!
It all started on Thursday when I took my Honda Odyssey to this shop because I wanted my left rear tire replaced—it was noisy, and the inner side was worn down pretty badly. I primarily spoke with the older man at the desk. They inspected it and recommended replacing a wheel bearing and doing an alignment in addition to the new tire. I agreed, though I was surprised since we had just had servicing and an inspection done recently, and nothing had been mentioned about needing these repairs.
I asked for the cheapest new tire they had so I could at least get to my destination. After a military discount, the total came to around $930.00. Phew—I was not expecting that, but I agreed.
I left the shop and returned around 5:45 p.m. to pick up my vehicle. After paying and driving off, I quickly realized I was hearing the SAME noise as before. I pulled over and checked the left rear tire. It was the same old tire. They had put the new tire on the front right side instead. I called and explained the issue, asking which tire we had agreed to replace. The man didn’t even know or have it written down. He made it sound like nothing could be done since they were closing soon and told me it would have to wait until morning. I reminded him that I needed to get back on the road that night and that the left rear tire was the one we had agreed to replace. He reluctantly agreed to look at it again.
I returned, and he rode with me to hear the noise. He did hear it, so they took the van back into the shop. After some time, they brought it back out, and we test-drove it again. This time, I didn’t hear the noise. Back at the shop, however, I noticed the front right tire was still new, and the left rear tire looked old, just different. I asked what they had done, and he said they had moved my original front right tire to the back left. I reminded him again that I wanted the back left tire replaced with a NEW tire, just as we had agreed. I explained that I had a lot of weight in the back since I’m moving and have a full trunk. He seemed annoyed and argued that the front carries more weight because of the engine. Thankfully, one of his coworkers convinced him otherwise. They finally took the van back again and got the job done properly: the new tire went on the back left, and the original front right tire was put back where it belonged.
Later on, I realized they never gave me back all my paperwork and receipt. Yikes!
Now, several days later, I’m dealing with a “light show” of warning lights on my dash. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. The main person I dealt with never apologized, never tried to make it right—nothing. If they had owned up and fixed it properly, it would be a different story. As it stands, I’ll be warning others not to go here.

I went to tire discounters a couple weeks ago for an alignment. They did a pre alignment inspection came out and told me I needed $3000 worth of work before they could align it. I ask what their hourly rate was and the guy would not answer. Repairs ranged from tie rod ends, front axle, shocks, cam bushings and a couple other things. Got a second opinion turns out the real issue was a bent rim which tire discounter did not even mention. I did need one control arm and bushing replaced. Cost of that was $200 parts and 1 hr labor.

My daughter’s tire needed replaced. I called on a Saturday and they worked the car in to get 2 new tires. My wife was greeted by Kylee who went above and beyond to make sure the tire replacement, rim cleaning and inspection went as promised. He was knowledgeable of the process and was able to answer any questions she had. He was calm, helpful, and made an otherwise stressful event a lot less stressful.
