I was traveling with my church group in the church van when we had low air pressure in the tires. After 3 stops, we found ourselves at tire discounters. These folks had the right equipment and went the extra mile to make sure we got air in our tires. They did this for FREE (even though they spent a good 20 mins on it). Thank you Tire Discounters- God Bless You!

Worst experience ever. Technicians there should be locked to sweeping rocks outside would not recommend anyone to take your car here they can't do alignment right at all. Terrible quality of work. Just go a couple miles up I-75 to Walton be worth the gas.......

I will never ever go to Tire Discounters for anything. We spent about 1500 in 2 months on tires there and my husbands tire light kept coming on. We took it to the Dry Ridge location and spoke to Chris the mgr. He couldn’t fix it told us to go to Walton. They couldn’t fix it either. We had to take it to a garage and they fixed it. Chris told us don’t worry keep the part and we will refund you. That didn’t happen! He lied! They only gave me the money back the garage charged me! We offered to give it back three times and Chris said, “no no keep it “. The time, the gas running all over to fix something they should have fixed, taking it to a garage, going without a car for several days and we only get the money back we paid the garage for THEIR mistake!!! Pathetic !! And they did this to a disabled veteran!! Shame on you!!!!

Don't ever ever go to tire discounters for anything!!!They put a sensor in Hattys car the light stayed on saying the pressure was wrong. They told us ( dry ridge) they couldn't fix it go to Walton location. They couldn't fix it either. We took it to a garage and they fixed it without a problem. We have spent about 1500 in two months for tires for me and Hattys cars but never again!!We asked Chris 3xs at the dry ridge location if he wanted the sensor back and he said "no keep it we will refund you". The corporate guy just called and said no we can't we will just give you the money back you spent on getting it fixed at the garage! What a liar! The sensor was not programmed and defective until the garage fixed it!!! They did this to a disabled veteran!!!!

Driving home from a long trip and my tire indicator light came on. The tire was losing air quickly. Pulled in to Tire Discounters and ended up needing a new tire. They were really fast to diagnose the issue, find me a tire, and get me back on the road within and hour. I was very happy with the service they provided.

A buddy of mine tried to change a flat on my car and ended up breaking off the tire pressure sensor. I went in asking for them to replace the missing one and sync it to the system, which they did. However, I realized the next day that the same tire wasn't showing a sensor. I then realized that the sensors were on the wrong tires - they weren't in the places they said they were. I went back to the place and explained the situation - they replaced a sensor that WAS working, instead of installing a sensor that was no longer there. They just said, no, when one of them goes, they all start going, you need to buy another.I realize there's no way they could have known when the original sensor was out in a location where it wasn't really out - but they wouldn't do anything for me besides recommend buying more (and not acknowledging that they replaced a sensor instead of installing one where there was none). It's not entirely their fault, but I wasn't really pleased with the service (and those sensors are expensive).Went back a year later for tires and also left just desiring more on the Customer Service side. I don't recommend them to friends at this point. On the positive though, their sign is always hilarious. But I don't think I'll be back.

Passing thru found my Jeep tire was loosing air. The valve stem was leaking. They got me in fixed it but failed to tell me the bolts on my wheel cat where stripped. Not blaming them for the screws because I’m not sure they stripped them but the cap came loose and scratched my wheel up bad. Not sure exactly what went on but now my wheel is scratched and they had there hands on it last. All they had to do was tell me. I’m fairly reasonable. Honesty go along way with me.

Woke up to a flat tire and since all tires were dry rotting I needed to purchase all 4. Was given 3 options of tires that were available, drove in without an appointment and was in and out in under 2 hours including alignment. Very pleased with service.

As usual, service was fantastic. Nate took me to my car to show me the problem. I appreciated that. Nice, clean shop. And nice people.

They installed tires for me, but aren’t very thorough. The front tires were over inflated by 15 psi, and one hubcap fell off somewhere on the highway because they didn’t put it on properly. Go ahead and try these guys, but check your car out afterwards.
