where i used to live my mail lady was awesome, she would bring items to my door if there was a package that was too big for the mailbox- where i live now she drops the stuff on the ground rain or shine- so many books and other items have been ruined and not cheap books may i say have had to be replaced

They never ever answer the phone, been calling since Saturday and started calling again this morning. It’s truly crazy because every time I walk in there, there’s people there. But you can’t answer the phone to avoid the trip up there. Pathetic.
