“I could make several post on different aspects, but I will make one lengthyone. I had packages scheduled for delivery on a Sunday, received confirmation they had been delivered, which they had not. I called the automated IVR 800 number, and the smart phone process you have the option of doing makes the process fast and convenient. Monday morning I called London Post Office as well, and was informed there had been a scanning mix up, and my package was out for delivery. Shortly after I was contacted by a supervisor, Dan, from the post office who also explained the situation and stated he would call the next morning to confirm I had received my packages. He did not have to call back as I called him that afternoon to inform him I received my packages. With all this stated, I would give London Post Office 100 stars if I could along with MY REGULAR Postal Drivers because he and she are THE BEST. I have NEVER had a problem getting my packages from them. If it is raining they put my packages in plastic bags, and place them on my small stoop where the weather does not get to them. I have been sitting on my porch when they drive up, as I stand to go meet them, I am politely told ... stay there I will bring it to you. How AWESOME is that??? As for the post office, and Mr. Dan, I feel like he went ABOVE and BEYOND his job just as MY REGULAR Postal Drivers do. They DO CARE and in return I CARE for THEM and their SAFETY and WELL BEING!!! The drivers are out in ALL KINDS of WEATHER doing the BEST THEY CAN! They WORK LONG HOURS DURING BAD WEATHER! When the streets are covered with ice and snow they are on them way before daylight and way after dark. While we sit in the warmth of our home, thankful we can order the things we need and have them delivered to our door or mailbox so we don't have to get out in the cold. So I ask you, try to be more kind and patient with your drivers and give them the respect they deserve PLEASE!!! THANK YOU for taking your time to read and I wish you all Good Health!!!”
