Total waste of time. Trish Hawk was not at the appointment that SHE set. We all value our time as I'm sure she does. It's important to communicate. We took time off of work and she was not there and sent use to Kayla, who was in shock that we were there. Total waste of time. Thanks Trish!!

Needed a notary on a Sat morning on a holiday weekend. Didn’t expect to have much luck. But, I found this branch in town. I’m a customer in TN already. The crew members there were so helpful and eager to help us (with a smile). I would definitely recommend them for those looking for a friendly banking partner.

My wife and I have been here multiple times and ALWAYS receive excellent service! The staff is awesome and friendly! We highly recommend this particular location because their service is above and beyond ordinary!!

They died my father for $25,000 dollars because the bank itself overdrew his account. Took them to court and they lost. They are the most fraudulent company I have ever seen. Government should shut them down. Scumbags
