“My husband and I both got new phones yesterday at the Paducah Ky Verizon and were there for several hours while our phones were transferring from old phones to new. After we got home we realized that not everything transferred and me, being very stressed over change, could not figure out how to do it. We went to the Eddyville Verizon this morning (which they ALWAYS are very helpful) and were helped by Deana, who was absolutely fantastic! She knew exactly what I was talking about and how to fix it right away and was able to complete putting our contact phone ringtones, messages, and information on within just minutes. She also came out to my car and paired my new phone to my bluetooth on my phone in seconds! She was great and I wish everyone I had to deal with was a good, quick and understanding as her!”
