I had an appt because I had a stroke that made me go blind in one eye. It was an urgent appointment. When I get there, they tell me they don't take Medicaid patients. I asked how much the visit cost, and I was told we aren't allowed to accept cash from Medicaid patients. Basically they refuse to see or treat low income patients with insurance, and they refuse to see or treat low income patients with cash. I still don't know if I will go permanently blind because they refused to see or treat me. The receptionist smirked at me and was very condescending. The most humiliating thing that has happened to me in a very long time. It is disgusting to treat low income people in such a way, refusing even to let them pay cash when the visit was for an urgent medical situation. They ought to be ashamed.

Each time I visit, Dr Hildenbrand asks me about my prior medical history as well as any changes. She explains changes in my eyes after a thorough eye exam and informs me of what to expect at the next visit based on what she has seen.

I saw Dr. Jessica Hildenbrand for the first time on February 21st. I found her to be very through and explained everything in terms you could understand. I would highly recommend her.

My right eye was hurting and THE DOCTOR saw me right away and I felt better. Referred me to Cornea Dr that I was able to see that week. They're going to take care of their patients.

Time management is an issue with this location in terms of waiting for the doctor to come into your room.
