“This was my first time shopping here, but was able to get so many things for just starting out, and stay in my budget. The ladies who worked there were very helpful, and the cashier, Dalton was very friendly. Most of the things were priced on the package, but a number of things in the aisles were kind of piled together with next to no prices for them showing on the racks. Otherwise, the store was well stocked & open until 10.”
“Just went in for gift bag, tissue paper and card. Wish the line wasn't so long and took longer than normal however I believe that there was a person training so I cant give a bad review based on that. Love going to dollar general for things cause it's close and convenient as well.”
“I will tell you that your employees truly made my visit a memorable one. I was purchasing cleaning supplies, and had a couple of bags that were pretty heavy. Felicia and Quin certainly went the extra mile, as after Felicia double bagged my cleaning sprays, she asked Quin to grab a cart for me. I told them I would be fine, and I would gladly (try;)) to carry all my bags myself. Quin said that she would be happy to walk to my car with me, because she knew I probably had way too many bags to carry on my own. Service with a smile, and going the extra mile really isn’t that common anymore. It was so refreshing.”
“I just recently moved to Ohio this is the first Dollar Tree I went to the staff was very helpful the store is very clean and neat this will be my signature store I will recommend it to multiple family members and Friends I accidentally left my debit card at home and they told me how to set it up for a tapping pay and and they help me use it for the first time ?????”
“The store is a great store if you just need to run in for something forgotten or needed for a quick meal or a unexpected gift or last minute ideas. It has a lot of items crammed into a small space. It is clean just cluttered. It is some what organized and full of items.”

“It's just like any other Family Dollar location throughout the country. This particular one is located in a mostly abandoned shopping center, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't kind of worried that I was going to blow out a tire or break an axle in the parking lot that is in terrible shape. Lol. But on my visit here, they had everything I needed, and the staff was friendly and polite. I'd go back.”
“This is a consistently good Dollar Tree location. The store is located in a good area, the building exterior and parking lot are in good condition with no pot holes.
The store associates are friendly and accurate. Shelves are well stocked & organized. Prices are reasonable. Store is clean but all the glass in the entryway needs a serious sparkle & shine clean up.”

“Madison Pike has had long term maintenance issues. Our store hadA/C ALL of 2022. It was ridiculous. Misery for staff, often had to close early & wasted TONS instead of corp fixing it. It was the kind staff our community returned for. I hope DG corp steps up for their employees-especially our store- or sells the company to someone who will. The staff & community deserve responsible owners. Stuey thinks they're fantastic too.”
“The only problem is even tho I've clipped all the coupons in the app it never shows up in store and have this big long ordeal in the store when trying to show the coupons in the app then them checking the products in the isles while I'm having to hold up the line, ect. It happens every single time & there's a second shift cashier that's extremely lazy & will go to any extreme to avoid doing her job or having to move around. It's like she purposely moves in extremely slow motion or like she's on the worst hangover ever. The store itself is great & bigger than the other dollar generals in the area”
“This is the nicest, cleanest store in the area. Always enjoy this location. Only complaint, one cashier for a line that was halfway down the isle. The cashier was very friendly and provided great customer service considering how busy she was.”
“I shop at both dollar general next door and family dollar! Dollar general is rarely open because of being short staffed and they have more inventory in the aisles then on the shelves. While at family dollar James who is older and disabled is always there and their aisles are clear! In a society where healthy people sit and bum with cardboard signs James works his tail off almost everyday! No excuses people! This man is an inspiration to many and your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed! God bless you James keep up the hard work!”

“It's a great store but, it's no longer the Dollar Store, now it's the 1 25 store and some prices are 3 or 5 dollars and up. I like it but they are ALWAYs short staffed and frustrated.”
“I go up there everyday and everyone is so kind there, especially Amanda and Ashley, they treat everyone with respect, and treat everyone as family. The store is always cleaned and the bathroom is always clean.”

“The store is very dusty in nasty they really need to clean there shelves product had dust all over looks like they haven’t clean in 2 yrs and the employees needs to be drug tested the 2 young man in the white lady with the pink hair be smoking marijuana in the parking lot they asks me did I want to smoke it I said no I don’t smoke and I will be calling corporate on you guys why are y’all in the lot smoking drugs in there’s customers all 3 of them they do it every single day their general manager needs to drug text the employees for sure”
