While the clinic has a team of professional nurses who are available to see patients, my preference is for my child to be seen directly by their doctor. Unfortunately, this has not been our experience here. As a result, I've decided to seek care for my child elsewhere, where they can consistently see their primary physician.

Best doctors office to ever have to visit. Dr. Vormbrock is an amazing physician, I could never place the level of trust I have for her into someone else. She has delivered 2 of my children, has treated me for routine visits as well as my children. The nursing and support staff are amazing as well! Highly recommend trusting them with your health care needs!

This was not Healthcare. This was a court room and I was judged by the ER nurse. I’ve been suffering abdominal pains for 4 months. I’ve lost 30 lbs and am suffering. I finally ended in the ER by ambulance. I was not able to drink fluids without experiencing severe pain. They ran a test, told me all my symptoms were psychosomatic then discharged me. My son asked what am I supposed to do if I can’t drink and have pain. The nurse said take it up with the GI doctor.I used to love St. E. I will never subject myself to that humiliation again.

Why is it that I've been sitting in the reception area at Edgewood Primary Care for over an hour waiting to be called back to the treatment room? My appointment was at 11:00 but it's now 12:22 and I'm still in the reception area. Is there only one physician on duty now? This is ridiculous!!

Twice they gave me a reasonable bill, then after the service they send me an additional bill 450% more than the first one. That’s not an acceptable way to do business. I can’t imagine going to get my brakes taken care of at a mechanic shop, then telling me that it will be 600 dollars then returning after the work is completed expecting me to pay 2,700 for the work they already quoted me. Not acceptable business practices

I love our doctor but I can't get through to her since she moved to this group. We have an appointment tomorrow that I have no idea how I can get to and I've called to try and cancil or change it but I get shuffled around, disconnected, or no answer, and there is no way to just leave a message. I have 3 babies, I can't sit on the phone all day.If I can't find a way to get there I will be penalized even though I did what I was supposed to.It was bad enough I had to play phone tag when my oldest was sick a few months ago and CVS called me with a filled prescription to pick up before the doctors office even bothered to call me back about the situation.This office is such a hassle to deal with.Interesting... I posted this last night and I hopped on just now to see it didn't actually post. Wonder how many other people have the same complaint and think they posted a review when it wasn't posted even after hitting post.

tried to schedule a sick visit for my daughter two days in a row for an ear infection. they keep telling me to call back tomorrow. today's answer was take her to urgent care. why on earth would i want to go to urgent care for soemthing my regular doctor should be able to see my child for. this is beyond frustrating.
