The only reason they get 1 star is for the fact that they got me right in..red flag 1. The guy did my nails and if you could get beyond the extreme body odor, more ridges in my nails than a river bed and the fact that I pulled away at lease 6 times because he was burning my nail bed....then he wasn't so bad. Worst nails I have ever and I do mean ever received. I should also add, lowest score for sterility and cleanliness. They do not clean this place ever by the looks and tools are awful. Enter at your own risk.

I’ve been coming here for over a decade and I can honestly say I will not let anyone else do my nails. The salon is always spotless, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They have an amazing selection of colors that’s constantly updated, so I never have trouble finding the perfect shade.
What truly sets this place apart is the staff—they’re like family. They remember your preferences, make you feel at home, and genuinely care about their clients. Consistently great service, professional work, and a team that treats you like more than just another appointment.
If you’re looking for a salon you can trust long-term, this is it!

Would not recommend this nail salon. It is not clean, thick dust everywhere. Pedicure tools were washed in my dirty foot water and put back on rolling cart. Feel confident they were used on person before me from what I observed. I should have walked out when I realized that took place. I didn’t get her name but she was rude and VERY rushed for no reason. Her technique was rough and unlike anything I’ve ever experienced, not an enjoyable experience. I’ve been to many other places for many years and thought I would give them a try at a location convenient to where I work. The worst pedicure I have ever had. Will not be back!

The last two times i had a gentleman. He was nice & I was happy with my service. Not this time since I unfortunately had a woman with dark hair. She was super rushed, acted offended when I didn't understand what she wanted me to do & was so rough. I have cuts & red areas. When she said relax, i told her it's hard because your being rough & it hurts. She didn't say anything or apologize. Honestly i should have just left. Really disappointed because I thought I found a good place & worried from the other reviews that I might get an infection.

I usually go to another nail place in Florence but I was in the area and needed a little pampering after my long shift from work. Lady that serviced me was nice, a little different routine than im used to. I just didn't like the vibe (i dont know what kind of music they were blasting but it was not enjoyable) and my usual place usually gets my ingrown toenails for me.. I already have to go back to get my nails done and was just there maybe 3 weeks as of today (usually i can still mine out for a month 1/2). Also the massage chair that I was in was broken. I received gel nail polish but after 4 days it was already peeling off. Overall, probably will not come back and not recommending to anyone.

I got charged 60$ just for a full set and it was cut really short my first time coming and the lady that did my nails was kind of rude they don't speak English at all but they expect u to know what there saying.and than talk to there customers like there stupid I was one of them and I also saw and elderly lady get treated the same way which was very disrespectful.dont get me wrong I like my nails but there attitudes towards customers are rude I see why there ain't that many ppl in there the insence that was lit in there smelled terrible.i will never return back again

They are really sweet, I love doing my nails there. The customer service is amazing, I have been going there for around 6 months and I love it! Jenny is really welcoming! And the ladies over there makes you feel confident.

I have always had a great pedicure from Tony and Ginny doing SNS is Wonderful! I would not go anywhere else, have been going there for years, anyone that complains, do all of you tip your nail people like you would tip you cosmetologist?

Too bad i cant give a zero. so i went in to have my nails done for my son's wedding. i wanted a dusty pink and the lady the did my nails came back with 3 different colors that were nowhere near disty pink. when i tried to tell her she fly out ignored me. then when she was using the drill bit she nicked my index finger and laughed about it.. so appalled that she didnt apologize. moving on i told her to trim them down 3 times and she could not even get that right. the sns powder she used was coated on my nails and they were so thick. i have gone here for years and spent hundreds of dollars getting my nails done so when i went to pay, not at all happy with the outcome you can imagine my surprise when their prices went up. not just a little bit but 17%! so the next day i went back to see of they would fix them and the lady said they were booked up all day even though there was only 1 customer (poor delusional unaware sap) besides me! needless to say i found a nail salon and will NEVER go back to fancy nails.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My niece got her nails done here. They were seriously the worst “professionally” done nails I’ve EVER seen. (Picture attached below.) Her nails got infected and apparently the lady was very rude to her the entire time when she went back the next day to get them removed “professionally” because they hurt so bad. Horrible horrible horrible.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I get my nails done all the time! I tried out this new salon (fancy nails) and woke up the next day and my fingers were inflamed and itching really so I had to go and get them removed! With no refund btw! They need to have and inspection done at the salon! Not very sanitized at all. Not to mention my nails were horrible
