I've been to a lot of centers through the years. This one is really really good. The instructors are all good. There are plenty of classes. The other members are friendly and welcoming. It's a great workout for any level of fitness . Don't be afraid to try it.

I love working out, but never stick with it. My friend dragged me to this while visiting this week, and I LOVE it! Everyone is very friendly, and it's truly a judgement-free zone. I want this to be my regular workout!
