I have not had work done by this company yet but I called them and explained my situation with my F150 2003 with 130,000 miles as I’ve lost forward gears. They could not give me a quote on a replacement transmission due to the fact that I called late on Saturday but they did say that they would call me back on Monday to give me a quote very pleasant very prompt and they don’t rebuild transmissions but he did give me the name of another company that does do rebuilds which I felt was very nice”

“This was a warranty job for SilverRock. The process was simple. I took my Car in to AAMCO where I was greeted by Fred. He was very personable and told me when they would look at my car. Johnny called me the day of and let me know what the issue was and that they would order the part. The very next day I was called that it was fixed and ready to pick up. “University Auto is the best shop in town for auto service. I have 3 older cars that need maintenance regularly and the mechanics always figure out real problems . Other auto shops are trained to remove and replace parts and are not well trained for troubleshooting mechanical problems. University Auto has guys that can troubleshoot and fix problems from the source. These are nice people who will get it right without guessing. I recommend University Auto service.”
“My car suddenly lost all power. Lucky for me my car broke down across the street, not to mention it was the coldest day of the year. The guys helped to get my car into a bay right away and ran a battery test, which was good. Turns out my particular motor burns oil at a high rate and my vehicle was out of oil. The guys quickly got me back onto the road. They were kind, understanding and very knowledgeable. If I ever need a car repair, you can bet I will be taking my vehicle to Smith Muffler. Thanks guys!”

“Stopped fordt thing in the morning for an emergency tire with the possibility of them not being able to work me in. I waited patiently while they got everyone checked in. They did not have my tire in stock. However, they were able to order one and have it by end of day. I left the wheel with them and went to work. While at work they were able to get the tire mounted on the wheel and called me just in time to make it back for them to put it on and before they closed. I also added wiper blades since they were on sale. Shout out to Mark the GM and the tech for working me in.”
