“This was the second time I have used Car-X for services. It was many years ago when I first used them which was a great experience, but the most recent visit was exemplary.
I had a battery drain issue on one on my cars, also with one of the power windows not working, and a slow leak from one of the tires. I was expecting a price quote of at least $500+, but after their diagnosis; the battery drain was from an after market remote starter which they disabled, then they just had to relearn/reset the window due to the battery issues, fixed the bead seal for the wheel, and the cost was well below what I was expecting.
They could have easily pushed unnecessary repairs and parts, but they didn't. With their honest work and pricing, they have gained my trust and will continue using them for any car repairs in the future.”

“Our Nissan Rogue was not accelerating correctly. We took it to our regular mechanic who found nothing wrong (but charged us $87 for labor) and said it could be the transmission ($$$). We took it to Cottman in Batavia and they identified the problem as a burned out fuse. They replaced the fuse and didn't even charge us for checking out the car or the fuse. Highly recommend.”

“I absolutely just LOVE this place! The employees, their customer service, the atmosphere, environment, friendliness & person-ability! I always have a great experience when I come here. I’ve come once before to get a tire pressure monitor system replaced and the worker and I talked for an hour while they replaced it—very sweet man. I had a TERRIBLE experience at Tire Discounters on winton road, went right next door to the Xpress Pro and they sent me straight to the Xpress Pro on Colerain. Had my tire I needed in stock and replaced it within 45 minutes with no hesitation or hassle. Tire Discounters was extremely rude, said my tires were bald lol and tried to convince me I needed four new tires on my 4 year old car when Xpress Pro quickly changed my one spare out with no argument and left me walking out a smiling customer. I’ll be back for the other 3 soon. Goes to show kindness goes a long way because the business they turned down cost them & I’ll be getting my 4 new tires from XPRESS PRO! Thank you!!!!”

“this review is being left because of the friendliness I received over the phone. I have not had work done by this company yet but I called them and explained my situation with my F150 2003 with 130,000 miles as I’ve lost forward gears. They could not give me a quote on a replacement transmission due to the fact that I called late on Saturday but they did say that they would call me back on Monday to give me a quote very pleasant very prompt and they don’t rebuild transmissions but he did give me the name of another company that does do rebuilds which I felt was very nice”

“I took my 2015 Ford Focus to Overbeck Auto to diagnose issues with my purge valve and engine lights. Daryle and the Overbeck team went above and beyond. They ordered the part my car needed and then waited for the vendor to deliver it. Due to traffic they stayed after hours on a Friday evening to make sure it arrived. As soon as it came in they installed the part, test-drove the car and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
They didn’t charge me for the extra time or the additional parts it took to clear the engine codes. They were reliable, thorough, and genuinely compassionate—I truly felt heard and cared for. It’s rare to find an auto shop like that these days. My wife was so impressed with their service that she even baked cookies for me to bring to them!
