My family and I were traveling from TN to PA when our transmission went out in Elizabethtown, KY. I spent all day calling mechanics and Corey at All Around Auto Care got back to me quickly and with the best quote. They finished it in about a week and a half and the final cost was even less than they quoted. They were even understanding of our difficulty getting back to pick it up and let us keep it there for a week while we coordinated travel back down. Im so grateful we found them. They really saved the day.

I had my transmission go belly up on my 2010 Mazda 3. My neighbor recommend Cory at All Around Auto Care when my usual repair guys couldn’t see me for a week. Had car towed and dropped off on a Monday and a week later had car back after finding a faulty Transmission Computer. Great communication and fast service.Services: Transmission

Because of a very positive experience I had last year, I returned to have the rear evaporator for my Air Conditioning system replaced. I keep my vehicles for a very long time which goes far beyond the warranty period, so finding reliable repairs at affordable prices is very important. They were able to fix the problem for 1/3 the cost of the estimate from a local dealer and in a fraction of the time. Superb service and very friendly. Transmission replaced on my SUV quickly got back to me with two estimates. Fast service even months later ask for a gear shift adjustment related to the transmission replacement repaired with no fee seems to be an honest company. Also had some other issues in one of the control arms and that's all that they found left there with a quick repair a fair price don't feel like they cheated me at all they could have added on a lot more things and I would have had no idea I was being cheated.

I would definitely recommend this shop for your auto care needs. Not only did they work me into their already busy schedule they even got it done before the weekend. Even though originally they said it might be Monday before they could take a look at it. This was around 2:00 Thursday afternoon when I dropped my wife’s van off to ck the alternator. Before noon Friday they called and said it was ready to go. I was pleased to hear this, but not near as pleased as my wife who drove it 3 hrs back home with no issues. Not to mention it wasn’t your typical easy alternator repair. Price was very fair for labor and parts, well they just are what they are.Sincerely a pleased customerI gave them a 4 just because I figure we all can improve in our different fields in life. But my experience was definitely a 5 star. Hope I don’t need them anytime soon, but will not hesitate to call if I do.Service: Electrical repair

Quality work is hard to find these days. Perhaps though the greatest reason I use, All Around Auto is because of the trust that they have built with me. They recently replaced my engine. They are also great to get my vehicle in quickly as it is my daily driver. But when we do our Board Van Adventures travels to Glacier national Park, Grand Tetons, national park,, Yellowstone, Zion Yosemite, Devils Tower, Mt Rushmore, Badlands, I am always thankful to know that the mechanics at All Around Auto have been keeping my older vehicle in great shape so we can make these trips with confidenceServices: Electrical repair

This business deserves a higher rating than five, hands down. From the time I called to just discuss potential issue, to picking my car up in less time than projected … the whole experience speaks volumes to the customer service standard.
