We had a great experience with American Rent. Our mower went down. It will be in the shop at least 2 weeks. We were able to get a mower delivered in 1 day. Claire, Danny and the rest of the team are great.

Everyone was so friendly. My best friend and her son were in the store with me and the employees played with her son to help keep him happy while we were getting what we needed. They helped us find exactly what we wanted. They did an amazing job when they delivered and even helped move things around for us. Absolutely amazing staff!

I have had the best experiences with American Rental in Elizabethtown Ky. They are always available for my questions and if they don’t have what I am looking for they always do their best to look for something that fits my needs. They always deliver in a timely manner and when they say they will. Management is looking great for the Elizabethtown location. Everytime i need to make a payment it’s super easy and quick. I would recommend this American Rental to anyone. Super great experience for me both times.

Clare is a great person. They all are very welcoming,friendly,. If you need help or run into an issue they do all they can to help u fix it. If ucantmake a payment they will definitely work with you. I highly recommend them. they are super friendly and helpful. Nothing better than walking in a place of business and being greeted like your family 10/10.10/10 on the delivery drivers and how quick they get the product to your house and how helpful they are in your home. 10/10 to the store manager she is quick to help you get the information you need ?

Claire is the most professional and sincerely sweetest woman that has ever graced this company!!! She makes me feel like I am Welcome, Wanted and Important every time I enter her store!!! The customer service there is TOP NOTCH!!! Claire and Crew are OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! The store is always so clean and smells of fresh Lilacs!!! I was told about this rent to own company from a very close friend and I couldn’t be anymore happier with them there super friendly and welcoming I needed a washer and dryer and they got me a good deal due to the wheel of deals and delivered the very same day
