This was my first visit to Aspen Dental, I have to say the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, thoughtful, helpful and just all around amazing. Everyone I had contact with introduced themselves and explained in detail what they were going to do or what the next part of my dental exam would consist of. I would absolutely recommend this dental practice to anyone and everyone looking for an appointment for anything from a cleaning or an extraction to dentures or implants.

Good, so far. I haven't actually had anything done to my teeth, yet. I had the preliminary x-rays and 3D scans (that's a fairly new thing, I didn't know about before) to make an "instant fit" denture. I have appointments for cleaning of upper teeth, and extractions of what's left of my lower teeth, so I can get a denture.

They do not explore all options with you unless you ask 100 questions. There very assuming on your habits and issues. They do not communicate between each other. I had to red o my info several times. There accusatory on what I do and the things I do. There is zero communication between offices. So if you plan on using them because there at other places do not. You will have to start everything over. I was in and out quickly. Prepare for repeating yourself and defending yourself atleast 4 times each visit. Prepare for some pricey options. There one the few all in one dental places so capitalism wins again.

The staff are great here. My only complaint is that when you need something with their new phone systems it is very difficult to speak to someone. It tells you to speak to a staff member press this number, you push it and it rings once and goes to a voicemail. I had to call the 800 number and speak to customer service twice to request a call back and they could not reach them either they had to send the office manager a message to return my call. Other than that difficulty i would recommend them. They have helped me a ton with getting my oral hygiene back on track after having insurance issues.

No one likes to go to the dentist, but I experienced only minor discomfort and everyone was kind and as gentle as possible. I went for 3 visits (exam/cleaning, initial crown prep, final crown seat) over the last 7 weeks. Aspen remains my primary dentist.

They have free exam and X-rays for new patients which is appreciated. Wait time isnt long at all. The only complaint I have is I thought it was odd that a dentist says the numbing is like “being punched in the face” it could be triggering to domestic abuse survivors etc. front desk is on task but could be sharpened on people skills, was standing there and I had to ask if she was finished with everything (so I could sit back down.) could be a little more professional on the people skills aspect.

I have a very difficult mouth based upon my physical history. I tend to be high risk in several areas for tooth loss, infection, complications from basic care, etc…. I was a new patient approx 6 weeks ago. I have been 5 times related to follow up care since then for the two teeth I had extracted due to infection. I am still struggling with the infection and pain because my mouth does not want to heal properly due to a compromised immune system. My latest trip was yesterday. (With follow up scheduled)I have seen just about every dentist on staff by now as well as most of the support staff and I have to say that they have been professional, respectful, kind, accommodating, quick to respond and genuine in their attempts to heal my mouth and resolve my situation. The level of care I have received has been excellent on each occasion, from the “ hey it’s me again” phone call to the follow up visit.I can not say enough about the staff who have each gone above and beyond for me and for which I am most appreciative! SHOUT OUT to everyone there because you are getting it done in a very difficult situation. Thank you for your continued care snd support!!Lynn

- Before I even went to my 1st appointment they were calling me and asking for my social security number & if I didn't give it to them that I couldn't come to my appointment which had already been made for a while. She said that people scam insurance so she needed it right then. Yes indeed people sure do try to scam & she should NOT be asking that over the phone.I had my husband stop in & give them my info.- Their system has been down for over a month now. A pain.- I have already tried to have a procedure done at a different dentist & it didn't grow to my bone but yet they want me to try it again & do some kind of scan beforehand. I'm not going to try it again. Ridiculous!- A girl in there put a temp crown on my tooth until the permanent one came in. The stuff got on 2 of my other teeth & I couldn't floss those for a week until I came to my next appointment & the dentist drilled that out. I had to get more shots for that & I hate those.- My last visit the lady up front was rude. I think her face would crack if she tried to smile. Definitely not a welcoming person.- There are a lot of awesome people in there, too, though. I'm torn.
