Very attentive, tell you exactly what needs to be done and don't overcharge.

After a month of him having my car and telling me he was working on it. I had it towed to my house. Which he still charged me 60 dollars for the "quote" before he would let me have my car back. . I had it drivable in one days work. No excuse for this with someone who calls themselves a professional. My vehicle had also been ransacked. He did some jail time while he had my car too. If I could give 0 stars I would. You would have better luck building a new car with sticks and mud than taking your vehicle to this crook.

Stopped by in the middle of the day to get an estimate. Nobody around. After looking thru the door it didn't look anyplace I would want to have my work done anyway.

This business should be shut down.. He clearly has a problem taking care of responsibilities. Swindler, shyster, trickster, liar, and I could use many more adjectives for this person. Do not allow this business to get their hands on your car. You will regret it forever. The other review from the 1 and only person who dealt with him is spot on. He did me the same exact way. Honesty is not his policy! Someone call the law. Just a suggestion.

Sean doesn’t pay his bills. He owes Auto Glass plus money for installing 2 door glasses on a sonata. That’s no way to do business.

The world's worst place. It took 6 months just to put a mirror on and fix a dent. They lie and tell you it's done. You show up and they haven't even touches the car. These pictures are from after they called and told me it was done twice !Service: Body & Trim

Back over the summer, I had Atcher’s repair my cars fender after my husband sideswiped a fire hydrant. What came next was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a body shop/mechanic. They estimated it would take 3 days max to finish the repairs and that they needed a couple days before I brought it in to get the parts. 5 days later and they gave me my car back incomplete, told me they were waiting on a part and to bring it in a couple days later. After another 4 days, asking everyday if I could bring it in, I just asked for my money back for the part of the repair they didn’t finish. They refused. When my husband returned to the shop to get our money back, THE REPAIRMAN PULLED A PART OFF OF ANOTHER CUSTOMERS VEHICLE AND TRIED TO PUT IT ON MINE! When my husband refused to accept that, the man I presume to be the owner cussed him out and refused to give us a refund. Cops got involved. The following day, he still did not have the part and finally returned the money to my husband and cussed him out again.NOW FLASH FORWARD TO DECEMBER: My fender has fallen off again. $800 later and I am still left with a broken fender. Despite having a warranty, I refuse to return. Although I may seek legal action.DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE! TERRIBLE!!!

They quoted me 3500. My insurance paid 2931. He told me bring me "what you can". My legal deductible was $2000. He said bring me $1000. I went up there a week before my car was supposed to be ready and he was sitting with his employees laughing and talking while my car was in pieces. I was patient I understood it was a process and he was truly helping me out by not charging the full deductible. I gave him $800 cash on September 1. He was supposed to have the job done on 09/9 at the latest. I had planned on taking him the other $200 at pickup assuming my car was done. That didn't happen and as a matter of fact it was an additional 3 weeks before I received my car back. The car wasn't vacuumed out it was dirty. I was so grateful to finally have my car back I didn't complain. My car is a 2018. It had 59K miles on it. I wrote my mileage down before dropping it off. There was an additional 113 miles on my car. A quarter tank of gas was missing. Again I overlooked it due to just being grateful I finally had my car back. Turns out someone stole my Factory battery and replaced it with a dead Walmart one. I had to immediately get a new battery. My car had no mechanical issues when I dropped it off. Now my tire sensor is on the fritz. Sean the owner also told me he would cover the rental car expenses incurred after 9/9 due to him not making the repairs by the deadline. He had my car for two months. I promise I'm not exaggerating. My only regret is not taking it to my car manufacture and letting them do the work. Yes it would have costed me more but I'm now paying the equivalent of my original deductible in fixing their mistakes. The news I heard about the owners past is extremely disgusting now. My neighbor told me he has other "business". I don't want to go into detail because it's town gossip. What I will say is for the most part the body work looked good! Seriously I can't take that from him. He missed a few scratches but again I'm grateful my car was fixed. I have screenshots between me and my adjuster as proof. They don't answer the phone before noon. There is a lack of communication and professionalism. They made promises they didn't keep. Again the body work looked GREAT compared to what I brought them. I also found a pen taken apart in my car that wasn't there. I don't want to assume it was paraphernalia but my intuition is telling me it was. When I asked Sean about it he admitted to "helping me" with my dead battery. Well my battery never had a problem until it went there. I'm going to break even it seems as far as him "helping with the deductible". I was lied to and deceived but my car is in one peace and suitable for trade in. You live and you learn. I lowered my deductible and I owe enterprise $600.
