“AMAZING SERVICE! I went in for what I assumed was a dead battery which was quickly confirmed by the nicest man ever. Unfortunately they couldn't replace it due to the battery placement in the car but recommended I go to Ford to have it done. The guy was kind enough to pull up his van and use his jumper cables to get our car started again. We called Ford and they're booked 2 weeks out (which is literally insane in itself but I digress) so we went back to this store to purchase a battery and have someone else install it. The same guy was still working and so helpful, friendly, and kind. I believe his name is Tyler but I could be wrong - he had long brown hair, a beard, and a wrapped hand from what I assume was an injury. Whoever owns this store needs to bump this guy up to management and give him a raise. 10/10 experience and this guy just earned the store a forever customer.”

“They are very knowledgeable about domestic cars and the parts that they use, but when it comes to Imports you're better off going to AutoZone. They have a full service machine shop in another town and the shop called me to tell me that I had to pay for the work performed before it can leave the shop. So in turn I had to call Fishers and had to ask them to bring it back to the store in my town so i could pay for it and pick it up.”

“I have never in my life needed a collision center/shop until recently. My experience here and with these people was first class. They not only did the repairs to what I can only assume is the standard but I got my car back in better condition than I left it, and I dont even mean the body damage. They detailed the interior and exterior, but understand, my car was an absolute mess. The repairs left certain things operating better than they did from the factory. I am very grateful for their expeditious, quality work. Wouldn't go anywhere else.”
