I own a hair salon in town and just happened to be telling another person how glad I was to be referred to them and her client spoke up and said that Corey was her brother. She explained that her dad had the shop for years and when he retired her brothers took over. This was completely coincidental, but glad that honest people are still around! “Needed a tire mounted on a rim. Everyone else in town had a 1 to 2 hour wait. Berger's was the cheapest and took it right in even though they were busy. Definitely go back for any tire services I need in the future.”

“Staff was very pleasant and communicative, although there was a lapse in that communication when the anticipated completion date passed with no call. The paint work looks great, but the interior of the car was coated in sanding residue. The upholstery absorbed a strong odor of paint or solvent VOCs. The owner reached out to me and apologized and stated that the smell was unavoidable. He also offered to detail the car's interior, but i had already done it. The price for the work seems appropriate for the work done.”
“The owner and all the staff were so incredibly sweet and helpful. While I wasn't able to get a new tire (bent rim and an internally destroyed tire affecting both back tires, plus late in the day), they were able to get my car back to being drivable. They offered directions to help me get back home (all the way to Louisville) using back roads, and after everything they wouldn't take a dime. Thank you all, I appreciate you so very much.”
“I tore a tire on my 30 ft trailer while traveling and had the spare put on in California. I arrived back home and Creekside had the replacement tire I needed. Staff is super friendly and the replacement was fine as quick as I arrived! Super service and great price. These people are awesome!”

“Wanted to bring my Nissan here for a second opinion on the dealership's quote, but then my battery died. Got a tow and they got the car no problem, worked on it for a day and had it out to me the next afternoon good as new. A lot fairer prices than the dealership and they were knowledgeable over the phone. I was nervous I wasn't going to have my car back in time for the start of my next semester at school but they worked quickly and came through just in time! Very nice receptionist as well. Do call and let them know when you will be in beforehand. 12 years of cigarette smoke, and grime buildup gone in 5 hours. I could not freaking believe it. The smell was completely gone as well as like 95% percent of staining throughout the car. Which I was more than happy with. Prices are competitive for the same detail services at any other accredited shop. Unbelievable work. “Before I review “Brakes 4 Less” in Elizabethtown, I would like to tell a quick story about a competitor, so to compare my experience with both businesses…
Months ago, I went to Big “M” Chevrolet in Radcliff for a brake repair job. They kept my Hummer H3 for weeks and told me they were “waiting for parts”. After about 3 weeks, Big “M” Chevrolet called and told my vehicle was ready. After a few months, my Hummer H3 began leaking brake fluid, so I made a decision to go to a different repair shop.
I located “Brakes 4 Less” on Google and remember hearing about them on the radio. Making an appointment was SUPER EASY and I made the request online - The appointment day and time was also very convenient for my schedule. Also, I received a reminder on my phone for my appointment and notifications of my vehicle being worked on and completed. The price of the work was explained to me and I received a thorough explanation of what was needed to repair my vehicle. The repairs were done in a fair amount of time and the price of repairs were very reasonably to me. The manager also showed me a brake line that Big “M” Chevrolet mechanics crossed-threaded, that was caused my leak.
Bottom line, I am VERY SATISFIED with the service I received from “Brakes 4 Less” and I would definitely recommend them over dealerships for brake repair. Thank you for the great work!!”

Josh was amazing and understood what we were going thru with me being so far away from her. We returned to them at a later date and bought more tires.
