We was on our way home and quickly realized that our alternator was going out. We found this auto zone and Kenneth helped us find the part we needed and gave us a helping hand even after closing. We really appreciated the kindness and help from him and because of that we made it home.

Fast and knowledgeable. They are prompt to help everyone, even the one who look confused like I do. I go in for one thing and learn about it, and verify my choice is the correct device. Then they quickly give the news. Most always they have some form of discount to give meb in the nick of time too. You know how you're always praying hard to make it to payday. They always answer. Love coupons. They are an Honorable Auto Parts store. They provide good quality products at affordable prices. The smiles help sooth the nerves its hard to be an old Army Veteran Mechanic like me and not poke at their knowledge of what a vehicle truly needs. Not something that might work for now but genuin concern that its done right for their customers. Well Done to the managers and crew at Auto Zone in Elizabethtown, k y You give me hope for our community as being genuinely Kind to our neighbors.

Today @ the Dixie location in Elizabethtown we had excellent service and assistance from David and Donald. My mom and I needed help changing her headlight and these 2 men came to the rescue and went above the call of duty to help! They didn’t realize that my father had just passed 3 months ago and he normally would have done this but we needed help today and I know my dad would have been proud!! Thank you David & Donald.
