I believe someone named Adriana who serves the mid-south region like Kentucky hung up on my, but mostly experience with best buy agents have been good to me, honest about specs like "your price range for processors will be slow" which is good, not just salesmen. I got two laptops from them, have been great.

It's convenient. Well that covers it. Just compare the prices here to Walmart in Madison Indiana or any of their competitors in Louisville. I actually don't know how this place is still open. They are polite. That's really the least you can do when you are taking that much money from people...

This is the slowest best buy I've ever been to. It takes at least fifteen minutes to check out every time, even if there's only one person in line ahead of you.There is always only one person checking people out, and they are also running customer service. Meanwhile, there are 3-4 other employees just walking around the store on their phones. Very poor customer service.

1st thing: I know Best Buy doesn’t train its people to know the ins and outs of what they sell. I have a question as I’m having trouble getting something to work with my computer. While waiting for geek squad I’m told he can’t help me as he’s working on something. I ask who can help. He say I can right up over there but no one available to answer questions.I repeat my understanding of his statement: “no customer service is available but you’re willing to have me walk out making a purchase. “He states there is service available but continues to say no one is available. I ask from who should wait for assistance to answer a question about my concern. He decides he can diagnose my issue from my one sentence description and tells me to go elsewhere. Despite my saying I have tested that hypothesis and it’s proven wrong, he persists that he’s right and I should go.Just amazing.

If u buy a computer, they will quickly try and add a product to the purchase, and then discount the overall price. You end up paying the same, and the manager meets his quota for whatever he is pushing. But it's the principle/ deception.Shop elsewhere and lets close this place down once and for all. Nice try slick.

Most employees seemed disconnected. But I did find one who, even though he seemed like he didn't want to help and wanted to pass me off at first did step up and help me get what I wanted. The employees at this store shouldn't treat people like they're stupid because they don't know tech, especially when they don't even know the products themselves. I shouldn't have to wait in a "que" for someone who doesn't even know the products themselves. And I say that because I feel like that's what the employees have been told to act like. I got what I wanted because I had done my research and made my decision before even entering the business. Do your research and know what you want before going. This business ultimately sucks because they're not training their employees to actually be good at their jobs, only push them to make sales.
