Bluegrass Land Title, LLC has been my company of choice for each time I have bought and sold a house in Kentucky. Bluegrass is my go to for all of my closings. The service is top notch and I love their Qualia system. It's so much more secure than email. I love that I don't have to get signatures for payoff's for my seller's or obtain my client's social security numbers and email them. I don't want to ever have to risk the security of my client's info and in my opinion, their social security numbers never need to be in my files. Bluegrass is always the most up to date on technology and making closings a breeze for clients if they are closing locally or if they are signing from another area. The staff is wonderful as well. They really do think of everything.
