“I went to the Goodlettsville location, the day they were closing. I knew they wouldn't have a ton of options since it was the last day however, I decided to go by myself anyway. I got there and was greeted by Joy, who introduced me to Grace, who was my bridal stylist. I picked put some dresses to try on and Grace was so helpful the whole time. She took pictures for me of each dress and made sure I knew she was there in case I needed help with anything. I tried on a few and then Grace, brought out one more for me to try on that I didn't see and fit what I was looking for! It was PERFECT!! Everyone was so kind and helpful, my phone was basically dead so they let me plug my phone in to let it charge up a bit, which was just a side note to show they care. At the end, I went home with a dress, accessories and of course signed the dress in store! Shopping for a dress by myself wasn't ideal but when you're family lives on the other side of the country and you only have a day to make it to the closing sale, you donwhat you gotta do! All I can day is they made my experience AMAZING and if the Kentucky employees are anything like the Goodlettsville store, I HIGHLY recommend! THANK YOU GRACE AND JOY!”
