My dad chose this place to have private party body work done to my mom's car after she was involved in an accident. Ashley was the main contact person for the estimate. After dropping off my mom's car, there was a little delay in getting to her car (they honestly did look busy), so estimated completion time was pushed out, understandably. However, after getting it up on it frame rack, the technician noticed her frame was bent. A new estimate was given and the final cost to repair was much more than my father was willing to pay and much more than the car was worth. He told Ashley to stop all repairs immediately and he would come get it. In the meantime, my father battled pneumonia and communication stopped as he recovered. When he was finally feeling better, he asked me to call 2 days before Christmas to find out what it would take to get Mom's car home. I don't remember the name of the lady who answered the phone (so sorry), however, she was very kind and after explaining what I needed, she transferred me to Ashley. Ashley was extremely kind and considerate, even asking if my dad was OK. She told me we could come get my mom's car and was completely understanding of why it wasn't worth fixing at the cost required to get it fixed. We didn't get to do business beyond the estimate and I truly hope we never need to visit them again, respectfully. But, if my family ever needs body work in the future, we will absolutely return to Caliber Collision. Thank you for being so kind to us.

Terrible job. Went for hail damage and came back with more damage than I started with.

Very happy with the front end repairs! Truck looks brand new again with an excellent paint job and everything perfectly put back in place. Highly recommend this place!

I arrived here with a torn up hood and bumper, and after some amazing service from friendly people, and fantastic body work, I am just so relieved to be leaving with my truck looking as new as could be. I don't hope to be in this situation again, but I'd bring my truck back if I ever needed to.

Had my car there right at 2 years ago for a repair everything got fixed but some trim work due to parts being on back order which I completely understand! I have tried to contact them about getting fixed always got the run around about it last 2 months have been in contact with them about finally getting it fixed have had my car up there 2 times now when they say they r going to repair it and yet again get the run around! Still car is not fixed even tho they told me they have the parts to fix it! Can not get them to give me call back when they say they will!

So I had a little fender bender in my Ford ranger and my fiancé had caliper collision before in another state when she had an accident , and she was thrilled with them and with the work that they did. So I was like OK I’ll give them a shot. I just got my truck back about a week ago and I could not be happier with the work that Caliber collision did. My truck looks just as good as it did when it left my driveway a few months ago…Ryan, Ashley And the whole team up in eTown did a fantastic job. I could not ask for a better company to do work on my truck as Caliber did

After someone scratched up the front end of my car in a parking lot, Caliber took in my vehicle and did a phenomenal job in its repair. I cannot tell where the damage, both cosmetic and physical, was on my vehicle - it looks brand new. I could not be more pleased with the customer service from the people who work for Caliber, and I am so happy to have my car back in great shape.

After my wreck, I was so nervous that my Mustang Mach 1 was going to be totaled out. She’s my baby and I was so anxious about everything. When I found out that she was reparable, it was a huge deal. Going back and forth with my insurance company to see what shop I could use was a nightmare. I don’t live in Elizabethtown, but I have heard such great reviews about Caliber that I fought to have her repaired there.
When I say these guys were amazing, I may be understating them some. My baby looks brand new! Like straight off the showroom floor, I was floored! From the bodywork being dead on, and the paint being absolutely perfect, they had me in tears at delivery time. The painter and I even had a conversation about his Mustang and Mine. Sorry man, mine will still leave you in the dust!
But all in all, if you’re looking for a reputable and reliable company to work on your vehicle, Caliber is the best choice!!

After having to deal with a horrible situation with someone vandalizing my vehicle, and not really knowing what to do or how to fix it, I decided to start looking around for local collision and body shops. After getting quotes from a few places, I decided to try Caliber. The made the experience very relaxed and easy to understand. Their quote was a lot better than the others I had been given, so I went with them.
They were so professional, and treated me like family, rather than just a customer. Their work is impeccable, you can’t even tell anything happened to it, and the paint job is perfect. There is no way you could even tell that my car had been repainted. It’s perfect.
