Employee that was there at 8:30 pm was super rude. Didn't greet anyone, was playing on her phone it seemed like, and was deflecting any potential customer interaction to the self checkout despite having literally one person in line. Bad experience. No reason for a local to go there

The employee who just dyed her hair with the highlights has always been rude to me and my friends even when we ask a simple question or for help with self check out. Well today we were paying and the other lane was open. The customer behind didn’t realize I was with the group so I turned and said “oh I’m with them” then this lady goes “come on it’s your turn Friend”. That doesn’t sound mean but the way she said it to this guy while he was already on his way up there was absolutely disgusting. Everytime I’m in there she is rude. One time there was a huge line and someone let her know and she literally said “Good for you” then looked away till the customer said something else and she walked over. She is just rude and needs a job where she can’t talk to people bc she makes it a terrible experience.

Women’s Bathroom is disgusting. Looks like nobody has ever wiped the outside. Will never use their bathroom. Five stars seems more clean than this. Can’t imagine how the men’s is

They will be out of what you want & some of the machines will be out of order. Want a fountain drink? You’ll try 10 before you find one that is the right amount of syrup and carbonation. They are always out of hot food so don’t even bother going there to eat. Bathroom is always nasty. For being a newer gas station it’s one of the worst in Hardin County.
