Needed some climate controlled space after cleaning out an apartment. The facility is clean, well lit, and seems to be well managed. The on-site manager is great - super helpful.

Easy access clean. Outside units are easily accessible. Inside units are temperature controlled unit 22 has a small leak right rear corner ceiling. The motion sensor light needs adjusting as it keeps shutting off as you are using the unit it is very frustrating.

After a horrible experience at another facility with rats and never able to speak with a live person I moved here September 2nd, had a few kinks in beginning but got it worked out. Thank you Anna, Michelle and Abby for going above and working it out. I’m very pleased.🥳

Updates: When I moved in the associate was very kind and understanding of me not having any idea of what I was doing. There are no instructions, just a bag with your lock left in the center of the storage unit.
I have a few complaints, first they messed up my reservation and had me on the wrong date. Their website isn’t user friendly, and then they won’t stop calling! I’ve confirmed my reservation and they keep calling me. I will move in on Thursday! I AM AT WORK AND CAN’T ANSWER MY PHONE! I’m about to cancel my reservation and go with someone else, if they are going to keep being so pushy. There are other choices in Etown!
