I love to shop CVS because they have great merchandise at reasonable prices. Don't always have prescriptions ready for pickup, when we are able to get to store to get them. Sometimes they are out of stock when we are able to go but most times they are ready.

currently in the process of switching pharmacies. We've had CVS for YEARS both back home in Maryland and for the past almost 4 years since moving to Kentucky. now when we go it could be 3 hours since we left the doctors the prescription still isn't ready and we have to wait minimum 30 minutes , and when you call no answer, tried to have my new pharmacy call them to transfer a much needed prescription and they never answered and id just left so i know they weren't busy.

Just went there for a prescription Amoxicillin. They told me my insurance won’t cover it and it would be $400. I immediately called my insurance and they said no one submitted a claim, it should be covered, and CVS refused to answer when my insurance called to fix everything. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s obvious they were just trying to make money off me.

No schedule planning whatsoever in the pharmacy. Arrived at 1:30 to pickup meds only to find the pharmacy gated up like a prison and told to come back at 2:00. Plan your breaks properly, lots of angry customers in the store. I only use this place because insurance makes me, what a joke.

Excellent service. Pharmacists have been helpful on past visits. They called for my father to work on transfer meds with out of state meds.

Very bad experience no one will answer the phone when I went there in person people were rude and just don't go here better employees somewhere else

My son had the flu we went to get the pre and they were nice at first and said we had a wait time of 15-20 minutes however when we came back to pick it up the lady told us the price and said to go somewhere else to find it cheaper I was ok with paying the price however she said it would be another 20 minutes so I said ok and she came back and said I cannot give you the medics because of your passport :( I am an us citizen so I didn't understand why I could get the medicine I needed for my son so she gave me the perscription and told me to go somewhere else.

Received the text stating 2 prescriptions would be ready at 4:34. Drove 51 miles, got there about 5:30, and stood in line 12 minutes. I was told they're working on them. Went back at 7:40. Was told one of the meds wasn't in stock. I'm past furious. Now we have to make another 102 mile trip to etown to get the meds...

Was on hold for 45 min before I gave up. Drove from Radcliff only to get there, wait in line for an hour for them to tell me my prescriptions were not ready. Do better please.

As busy as it was the pharmacist team was more than capable. I know they could sense my frustration after being told that they would have to order my prescription despite being told they had it on hand prior to driving the 30 minutes to pick it up. A teamate had set my prescription aside so that it wouldn't be claimed by someone else and after a little back and forth they found it and I was out of there in no time. Very professional. I'll come back again if I need to. Thanks.

Worst pharmacy I have dealt with. Medication never ready..never answer the phone if you have questions or need help refilling. They make sure you have multiple profiles in the system just so it makes it harder and when they say they will fix it,you would be better off asking a toddler to do it. Latest issue was just yesterday..called last thursday to get my daughters meds who is special needs, was told they were out so they would order it and be there friday..I know how that goes so I gave it a couple extra days and just went yesterday to pick it up..get to the window the lady has no idea what I'm talking about..can't find anything for my daughters order..and says they still don't have it so she goes to ask if they could have it by today (monday)..comes back to tell me that the medication is actually on back order and have no clue when they will get it In. She says go check Walgreens which my insurance only covers through CVS. So now my daughter is out of meds and I have to drive to Louisville to get only a partial....if you have a different insurance that allows you to go elsewhere ,save yourself the trouble and do so because this pharmacy is pathetic and poor customer service
