(KRS) 438.310: Never sell to minors under the age of 21. Retail employees must ask for photo identification ifthey have reason to believe that the buyer or recipient is under 21 years of age. See KentuckyRevised Statuteand yet no matter what age you are they will scan your id and possibly save your info to there system all the information on your ID witch is against the law they could sell your information if they wanted to and know one would know
