He offered some recommendations on optimal ways to conceal as well as the accessories he'd purchased that worked well for him and some not so well. On another occasion, I brought my 14yr old son who was a novice shooter. The R/O noticed he wasn't pointing his empty pistol downrange during reloads (he was pointing towards the floor). Rather than screaming and flailing his arms in a Tasmanian devil whirlwind (I've seen R/O's do this to kids at Knob Creek.. not kidding. Back in Alabama we called these types of R/O's "Rage Officers" as opposed to Range Officers), the R/O walked over and not only coached my son on range safety, but also showed him how to reload with the pistol pointed down range, and then gave me the "thumbs up" and a smile. After that experience, I became a range member that same day.Salesmen: are all gun owners, gun carriers, hunters, enthusiasts, etc. They make recommendations, encourage handling the firearms, manipulating the slide, being comfortable before you buy. I have purchased a few firearms here and have recommended this business to other people as well.To the manager: You've done a fine job selecting your staff.
