I have never in my life needed a collision center/shop until recently. My experience here and with these people was first class. They not only did the repairs to what I can only assume is the standard but I got my car back in better condition than I left it, and I dont even mean the body damage. They detailed the interior and exterior, but understand, my car was an absolute mess. The repairs left certain things operating better than they did from the factory. I am very grateful for their expeditious, quality work. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

EDIT TO ADD: after posting this, I was asked to contact them. I did and describes how the area repaired needed to be buffed and have the paint corrected. The paint on the repaired fender is thin and sanding marks show through the paint. The paint is 2 microns thick and should be 3-4 at minimum. They refused to correct this despite claiming that they have a “pre accident condition warranty”Took my vehicle here after being hit. They took longer than estimated, left streaks from buffing it, scratched my tint, my door didn’t close right and after they detailed the car, the backseat was brown like they didn’t use clean water or had dirt left on it after putting the car back together. I had to go back twice after picking the car up to get it near “pre accident condition warranty” which by the way they only considered replacing my tint. When taking the car back to make them live up to “pre accident condition” they tried to charge me. My car also had over over 30 extra miles on it from when originally dropped off. Well customer service was good. They took care of me when Geico wouldn't, but when I picked my care up from them I noticed that a pair of $240 pair of Oakley's was missing out of my car. Really didn't expect them to ransack my car after taking care of it. So if you want your car fixed and items stolen out of your personal vehicle and not be replaced then this is definitely the place to go. Guess they had to get their money somehow.

Well customer service was good. They took care of me when Geico wouldn't, but when I picked up my car noticed that a pair of $240 Oakley sunglasses were missing out of my car. So if you want your car fixed and stuff taken out of it and not replaced then this is the place to go.

I would give this place zero stars if I could we had a horrible experience with this company we drove 4 hours one way to purchase a used vehicle for my daughters 16th birthday they were very aware of that. The vehicle we purchased was a 2005 vw beetle as is. During the test drive it drove fine no check engine or any other lights on . Once the sale was complete we didn't even make it to the end of the exit before we had problems It cut off at the Taco Bell drive thru we assumed it was out of gas and the gas gauge was off because it showed 1/4 tank so we put gas in it and it started back up. It ran rough the whole 4 hours home we assumed debri may have gotten into the fuel filter from running out of gas no biggy. NO that was not the issue half way home the EPC and check engine light came on. I was in contact with my sales rep immediately and was offered no resolution options . So we tried getting it fixed took it to our mechanic and he put it on the code machine a long list of issues showed up but the primary issue we thought we was looking at was the cam sensor so we changed it out nope still having issues the car would die out at intersections or in the middle of a turn and my 16 yo daughter was trying to navigate this issue DANGEROUS !! After a month of constant issues and no resolution we ended up buying a new vehicle. I called and spoke to the manager there and was told it's my problem now figure it out. They know the lemon laws in ky do not back used cars so they will not stand behind their sales which in my opinion any respectable dealership would. I asked for any resolution if their mechanics would fix it so we could resale it etc NO HELP WAS OFFERED!! I will NEVER do business here again and if you are looking for a reliable first time vehicle that won't break the bank for your child DO NOT PURCHASE from here !!!

I received a call about my vehicle from over a year ago that I never paid. They let me know they fired an employee around that time for stealing money. They asked me to prove that I paid them and it's clearly their fault. Unprofessional. Took me a few days to collect all the stuff to prove I paid. Not to mention while my vehicle was there the communication about it was horrible.

They did a great job, but it took months over initial estimated completion date to finish. I’d get called a day prior or day of the estimated completion day and get told every excuse in the book of why it wouldn’t be ready. Very frustrated, but it looks good so I’ll give them a three.Services: Painting

10 out of 5 stars for the service department at Hardin County Honda. I have brought my car for service twice and will continue to bring it to get serviced there. All staff encountered was professional and friendly. Prices are reasonable and the service reps aren't pushy.
