“Exceeded my expectations. As a diamond elite we have stayed in multiple holiday inns and this one by far has been the best. Rooms and the grounds were very clean. Every employee was friendly and readily available for assistance. The breakfast was the best staffed and cleanest I have seen. The ladies who took care of it every morning obviously take pride in their work as does the cleaning staff. The outdoor patio was a really nice feature and the pool area was nice and tidy. There are a couple large empty grass areas where a group can gather and practice/play too. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Etown. Thank you for.making our stay stress free and enjoyable!”

Over the past 13 years, I’ve led and managed more than 400 personnel in operational assignments and earned degrees and certificates in management and marketing. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay exceptional. He informed us of additional Bonvoy member benefits that i was not aware of and later upon request he went out of his way to bring us extra towels and blankets. He also made sure my son received a birthday gift through Marriott’s birthday program, creating a memorable experience for our family.

“Very clean. The staff is great. Bar and restaurant is good also. Close to other restaurants and easy to access from interstate. Parking lot is also well lit. I've stayed a few different times this year and happy with every stay.”

“Honestly surprised with the quality of the rooms for the price you’re paying. Now, I’m not claiming that these rooms were great quality compared to a five-star hotel, but with them being about $80 a room they were good. The hall is noisy and we got a call at 9:30 in the morning questioning us about something someone else was doing in a different room, but still a decent nights sleep. The bedsheets were clean, and you can tell they recently renovated the rooms so everything was new despite the appliances. I tore the bed apart to make sure that the mattress was clean before laying on it and I discovered there is no mattress cover, which I find strange for a hotel. The parking lot was okay, lots of people out and about throughout the night, but nothing that concerned me. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay this isn’t a bad option.”

“This hotel may be rated low but that was far from our experience. We did have an issue with getting in our room at first (the door was jammed ) but the issue was addressed and handled immediately. Our room was clean, the Assistant Manager Neelam was very friendly and helpful.”

“Booked online before arrival. No problems and the lady at front desk was very pleasant and helpful during check in.
Rooms are adequate. Floors are not sticky. Beds look maybe comfortable but as tired as I am, don't matter, they're clean. There is a shampoo packet x2 and soap in bathroom.
TV turned on and surprise... No work to adjust and get proper streaming. On screen guide immediately. All lights, ac, microwave and fridge work.
Will stay again if in the area.”
