Over the past 13 years, I’ve led and managed more than 400 personnel in operational assignments and earned degrees and certificates in management and marketing. I mention this only to provide context for my recommendation, which is based on years of leading teams, evaluating performance, and recognizing exceptional employees.
I’ve also been a Marriott Bonvoy member for over seven years and have stayed at brands including St. Regis, JW Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, Westin and others. Without hesitation, I can say Mr. Bob provided some of the best service I’ve ever received at any Marriott property.
He was professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay exceptional. He informed us of additional Bonvoy member benefits that i was not aware of and later upon request he went out of his way to bring us extra towels and blankets. He also made sure my son received a birthday gift through Marriott’s birthday program, creating a memorable experience for our family.
Mr. Bob exemplifies outstanding hospitality, exceptional organizational knowledge, and genuine customer care. Any organization would be fortunate to have someone of his caliber, and I sincerely hope he’s recognized and rewarded for the exceptional service he provides.”
“Very clean. The staff is great. Bar and restaurant is good also. Close to other restaurants and easy to access from interstate. Parking lot is also well lit. I've stayed a few different times this year and happy with every stay.”

“Wife didn't like an odor she smelled in our room on the first floor, and the toilet seat rocked when you sat down. Told the front desk and they offered a new room on a different floor and put in a work order for the toilet.”
“The first room the floor needs some repair.
We have a guess next to us with the TV load up to 3 am, and I couldn’t sleep well.
Other than that staff is friendly and we have a good stay.”

“This place was very clean ,the people working hear are kind and helped me when I need it . My van broke down and I had to stay 2 nights till my husband could get hear with a flat bed to take my dead van home ( RIP) I stayed in room 104 the AC ran and keeper me cool 😎 and the shower was nice in hot 🔥 and the bed worked just fine there where No bugs of any kind .in my room I sleeper very well giving all the car 🚗 troubles. Thank you motel 6”

“Exceeded my expectations. As a diamond elite we have stayed in multiple holiday inns and this one by far has been the best. Rooms and the grounds were very clean. Every employee was friendly and readily available for assistance. The breakfast was the best staffed and cleanest I have seen. The ladies who took care of it every morning obviously take pride in their work as does the cleaning staff. The outdoor patio was a really nice feature and the pool area was nice and tidy. There are a couple large empty grass areas where a group can gather and practice/play too. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Etown. Thank you for.making our stay stress free and enjoyable!”
