“I went with my mother in law to get a bracelet fixed where the clasp had not closed all the way and kept coming undone. Anyhow she brought it here and they took very good care of her. They had to send it off but it was back and ready for her to pick it up within a week. Employees were very helpful, informative and reassuring.
