Terrible customer service. I had to yank all of my business insurance last year because my “agent” is a dope. I requested to work with a different person and was told they don’t do that. Our family still has our car/home/umbrella etc with them because we have a different person handling it (for now). But it has been nearly impossible to get ahold of this person because they “are with a customer”. Always. Every time we call. Just had another incident today with an incompetent response from the assistant to our agent, who was clearly more interested in going home early on a Friday than servicing the customer. We are currently shopping for a new agency to take over in the first part of 2024. Very frustrating because we’d prefer to stay local and deal with people we know. We just cannot continue with the poor customer service experience.

A motorcycle hit the back end of my car as I stopped at a light. My Farm Bureau Insurance agent helped me sooo much as the accident was not my fault and the other party received a citation. The other party's insurance must still be dragging their feet as the cyclist had no license on him and his issuedlicense was suspended.Thank you, Farm Bureau.

Even though my call was only two minutes before closing it was answered promptly and the Rep was very friendly and professional. She took care of processing my payment in just a matter of minutes and never once seemed hurried or bothered that it was technically closing time.

I love KFB! Their rates are great, and if something happens they write a check so quickly for the top dollar. I was very impressed how they treated my mom after the tornado that took her house and messed up her car. Kentucky Farm treats you like family.

Never have dealt with more unprofessionalism than I have with this insurance (so much so, my whole family and anyone I know is now switching). I recently got into a non-fault accident, it was after hours so I reported it to an after hour hotline, and was told I would be contacted once the office opened, I never was, I had to contact them myself. After a week of getting the run around and not getting a call back to messages left, I finally reached a woman that told my that my car was deemed as a total loss, five days after it was deemed so. Here's the worst part of the event, while telling me that my car was deemed a total loss, the woman I was talking to started to laugh, she could hardly finish her sentence of telling me that my car was totaled without laughing, I was crying at the time. When I asked her why she was laughing, she told me she was doing it as a "defense mechanism so that she didn't yell at me". Why am I; as a customer, being yelled at here? I filed a claim with my insurance, which is what you're supposed to do in an event like this. I asked her for her name, since she was so unprofessional, and she said that she would refuse to give it to me. She set the phone down after that and I could hear her in the background saying, "she's not hanging up, so someone it going to have to deal with this now". So now I am without a car, and was treated like a horrible person when they should (as the say on their site) comfort you and be on your side. Please don't use this company, you get what you pay for, if I ever do receive a settlement on this, we shall see.

Their customer backed into me at a restaurant. No one ever wants to pay out, but it was the hardest I had to fight to get my vehicle repaired. They wanted me to take off from work to bring my vehicle into them to look at it. Their customer inconvenienced me, and I was expected to cater to them. Would not return phone calls or emails. The only good thing I can say is that they didn't fight my body shop. When the shop called and told them what was needed, they did it.

Was with them for almost two years and every six months the price would go up at the end they cancelled my policy without a letter or email saying it was due to non payment En though it was paid every month on the same date. But because they needed to get that reinstatement fee and that new increase they cancelled it. Every time the policy renewed they would try to charge 2 months at once my insurance went from 180 to 280 and because they don’t report like the other insurance companies do it’s hard to find cheaper insurance because it looks like you haven’t had any. The rate increase was due to inflation supposedly but when you get it two months in a row it’s being crooked and greedy at that point. I wouldn’t waste my time with them bu that’s just my opinion.
