Click list here was a disaster, missing 12 items and when we called about it you could hear people in the back ground trash talking us. I'm not gonna waste my time on something so small, so don't call me a liar. This place does not care about the customer.

Dolphin drive store good for in-store shopping however, not great for pickup. The last time they left items out of my order, but still charged me for them. The last three times I've placed an order for pickup they have called me and told me that they are running two hours behind. Ok well don't list those times then??? I could see once, maybe twice, but three times in a row? Really??? I assume it was the manager that called me I stated that this was three times in a row ,not rudely at all. His response? Well I can just cancel your order. Yes but then the bank continues to hold the funds for 5 to 7 business days . Do better Kroger. This review does not include the Towne Drive location. I've never once had a problem there.

This was my 1st time at Kroger and I went for flowers. I met missy and I must say she is a great asset to the company. She helped put together an arrangement for my mother that was AMAZiNG!!! It was a visit I will not never forget. Thank You MISSY

I shop here regularly for atmosphere and the items. Noticing the store is getting filthy. Produce is sad looking when commercials boast they triple check the finest for consumers! The shelves are bare in most sections and I know it’s not the workers but they all have attitudes. Yesterday, my Cashier literally threw my food on purpose down the beltway and the baggers are slow -if you get one. I work for my money and to have someone treat my food and my patronage like this was sad. I hope Whole Foods comes to Etown!

Worst pharmacy ever. Absolutely horrible. Haven't been able to get my meds for a week due to a 3 hour wait with 15+ people in line (pictures) They never answer the phone, and what's the point in a drive through when it's NEVER open? I'm having medication withdrawals and can't even call to make sure my script is ready before waiting 3 hours to be told they don't have it. (Which happens every other time due to their FLAWED refill system. DO NOT use this pharmacy, it's an absolute disgrace.

They are always out of basic foods. Didn’t have 20 items on my list. Took 30 minutes for them to bring groceries to my car. Kroger on Dolphin Dr. is the absolute worst.

Good selection without going to Walmart or DG, which is best when you want higher quality ingredients for more gourmet pursuits, or simply better health with flavor. Kroger's location off I-65 exit has a nice selection of more artisan items of food, namely proteins and breads, cheeses, on top of all the "staple" items. "higher end common" We eat like Kings of old in America; that's how rich we became before 2020. Spoiled, I think...

Kroger in Elizabethtown, KY - floral dept. Carol did an exceptional job with the flowers for my daughter's wedding. The bridal bouquet, brides-maids' bouquets, grooms and groomsmen's boutonnieres, mother's wrist corsages, and the altar flowers all looked magnificent. I couldn't get over how stunning my daughter's bouquet was. Carol helped my daughter with the flower selection and made her bouquet absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a florist the Elizabethtown, KY area, I highly recommend Carol in Kroger's floral dept.

Do not use curb side pick up! I waited an hour at the stall and had to call the store just to be told that "one" of my grocery totes had gone missing. Twenty minutes later and still no groceries I called again to be told a completely different story. They told me I could have $10 off or cancel my order after waiting an hour and a half. Had I not called the store twice I would not have even known that my groceries had been misplaced. The girl who delivered my groceries was honest and said that she had put my entire order in another car. Then when I got home despite them taking $10 off my order I was missing more than $10 worth of groceries after witting as long as I had.

My entire family is in the high risk category because of covid, but even their clicklist option requires some contact. First you have to roll down your window and touch a button that a million other people have touched. Then when the employees come out they make you roll down the window to confirm it is you since the parking spaces aren't numbered and there are 2 cars for each call button. I'd rather go somewhere I can call for curbside with my own phone and with numbered spaces. I felt sorry for their workers though. You could tell they were just worn out and one looked like he could barely walk.

The pharmacy staff at dolphin location has to be the worst pharmacy ever! There staff acts as if you are bothering them instead of being helpful. Their technicians and interns have No idea of what they are doing and the pharmacist is not helpful. I've been a pharmacy tech for 44 yrs and have never encountered a pharmacy so inept!!
