Not pleased that my insurance discontinued the contract with Kroger. This was very upsetting to have to accept. Thankfully the Little Clinic was available, yet Kroger is much more efficient, convenient, and my family has been going to them for years. Hopefully my insurance can get back together with Kroger and make life a little more easier on others.

Always fast and I like to know how much my insurance company saved me. It says it right on the paper they give you with meds.

When a Dr Prescribes antibiotics, Kroger thinks it’s funny to go against a Dr, A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

ordered a cake for my daughter on a Monday for a pick up on Tuesday late morning. The cake wasn't done and they called one of two managers over. Sure enough, he pulled out a cell phone and saw the order right there. He then apologized and said he would take care of it but I said, "you know, I can wait until Thursday." Headed back over there Thursday and absolutely no cake and still no one knew about the order, AGAIN! Now scrambling all over town to find someone who will actually make a cake for me. Do not waste your time and money trying to get one here! There is zero excuse for this to happen once, but twice!!! SMH

What' a terrible service at the customer service counter. Nearly careless of the customer been waiting. I always been come in nearly after 9:00 and the staff who works at the customer service feel like been for the closing clock. Been waiting 20 minutes come up unknown time to come for service. What's the priority of the customer at the Kroger never come back!!!

Guy rang most of our items wrong, had us wait there for over 20 minutes, just to tell us to go to the service desk! Got our items refunded but process took way too long, and overall not a great experience. 1/5 stars.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Any mistakes made...are quickly corrected without any issues. Even when super busy, they do their best to assist everyone.

You never know how you will be treated. Some employees are nice and helpful, some are not. Their prices are the best in town. That's why I go there. They are extremely busy and, sometimes, short handed. I just hang in there and don't worry about it. If they are rude I just come back firm but polite.

Very poor customer service! Young gentleman at the window was very kind and very helpful. however the short pharmacist with Curley hair and glasses was very rude and condescending. Kroger in general has gone to hell, just awful….

Called in an asked if they had at home covid tests, which they did not understandable. When I asked the quesiton, "Do you know anyone around town that has them", the answer I got, in a very sarcastic manner was, "I don't work for anyone else." We live in a relatively small town, and people hear things about other businesses that might have what they don't. Small town courtesy does not apply to these jackwagons. I wouldn't by a stick of gum from these clowns, ever again. They are horrible.

Only filled meds here a handful of times but every time I do an issue arises on their end.

They consistently provide different information about prescriptions depending on who you talk to. Was told yesterday to come back in 45 minutes. Upon return they told me they'd have to order it. This is not the first time this has occurred. After I pick up my prescription today I'll not be back.

Please avoid, dangerously inept staff have given us the prescriptions of random people / shorted doses on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS

This pharmacy has systemic problems. They are chronically late in filling prescriptions and take no responsibility for their failure to provide the service promised. I drive 40 miles round trip to pick up my prescriptions and should be able to rely on on their promises. However, even after receiving text messages that my prescriptions are ready, they frequently are not and I am required to make a second and sometimes even a third trip to get them. We're not talking about shoes here… these medications are critically important. If they are unable to fill the prescriptions in a timely manner, they should not assume that responsibility. Do yourself a favor and take the time to read the reviews before entrusting your prescriptions to this Kroger Pharmacy location.
