I was honestly shocked at the low ratings the bank has on Google. I was with republic until they became limestone and while there was a small hiccup or 2 everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I've had nothing but excellent service and advice. The girls at the Elizabeth Town branch have been nothing if not kind and helpful.

This bank is absolutely HORRIBLE. They’re so much more worried about people paying off overdrawn accounts than someone struggling during a pandemic. I don’t know how they have any customers. The reviews say it all.

I would give less than rating but sadly this is as low as it can go. I do not recommend this bank. They charged me an overdraft 3 TIMES for insufficient funds even though AFTER the charges I had well over 700.00 in the account. When I called to correct this problem...they said they would only take one overdraft off. Don't use this bank!

So here i am again writing my review. Tony delete it but guess what i im back. ill keep writing my review. I want people to know you did wrong. Reviews are warning for other they have a right to know you took money from me and will them. Tony the branch manager took my money, told me i will never see my money again, told me i was in the wrong, hangs up on me, and then tells me basically good luck. Ive contacted the Munfordville branch manager to let them know what you did and i also contacted corporate. There they said they have a group of people working on the matter. They are giving me hope to fix the matter because all tony did was belittle me, made my anxiety go out the roof to where i was shaking and i was in tears. No one should ever be treated this way. My ex husband treats me better than this, and that says a lot.

If I could give this Bank a zero star I would my husband and I have had issues with this Bank ever since it changed from republic. On the weekends we get paid on Friday and all through the weekend we will pay our bills and for some reason the bank does not like to reflect the amount you actually have until Monday or Tuesday. Quite often I will order something online and if the total is say $50 for some reason the bank takes that $50 and splits it up into multiple transactions and some transactions don't go through until days later and it's not even the actual price of the products that I'm purchasing. some transactions don't go through the bank for almost a week making you think that you have more money than you do and then overdrafting and that overdraft protection is complete bull because they charge you $33 every day you're overdrafted. Even if the overdraft is not your fault because the bank refuses to reflect the actual amount of money that you have available to you in the bank. I have never in my life overdrafted a bank account until I started banking with limestone. There are too many problems with this Bank to count or to list on this review just know we are switching banks tomorrow

Mobile banking is a joke.Not honest with times for mobile banking.4th week in a row of my mobile deposits being held all weekend. I deposited my check at 8 am sat. Morning and here it is 9 am mon and my money still hasnt posted.My opinion is that this bank should go and become a check advance place but i bet they would screw that up I MISS REPUBLIC
