Lincare has been exceptional in supplying me with the equipment I need. Also when I went to visit my sister out of state Lincare provided me with all the equipment while I was there. They have been so helpful with all questions I have . They are the best. Thank you Elizabethtown ky. and Hillsboro Ohio. ETOWN HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL TO ME . IN THE OFFICE AND THE DELIVERS OF EQUIPMENT.

Also had a great experience with the Elizabethtown office, everyone is so very friendly, welcoming and ready to help. We live everyone at this office BEN AND CRYSTAL are the very best. Lincare I have used for years and they have a great staff and they are so helpful and caring and very prompt with getting you supplies, medical machines. I would highly recommend everyone to go to them for their medical needs. They are the place to go to. They will take care of you!

Worst company for CPAP from the customer support dealing with setup and answering calls timely. CPAP is scary enough to start but their lack of assistance made it worse. Additionally the call center to take payments puts you on hold for 25 min or more. After sending you a bill months later. This is not a patient caring environment.

Best place I've gotten oxygen from. Never any problems ordering my o2 or supplies. I love Crystal! I always get through on the phone and don't sit on hold. If ever I need o2 again, I will be a repeat customer. Thank you guys!

Jason just left after bringing my oxygen tanks and supplies. He was very courteous and said call anytime if I need any help or supplies. 2am even. I imagine I won't be doing that but I was actually sad to see him leave. This is what I call stellar service.
