I have lived with COPD for years and Ben and Scott have delivered my tanks to me every week until the lady J took over. She is so nice!! I would recommend Lincare over any oxygen company in the area simply because of the drivers.

Shawn Bartley at LINCARE -- Let me tell you how we have been treated, I asked Shawn to change us over to LINCARE for oxygen, Done, She did ALL the work and in less than 24 hours !!Shawn told us that she could take care of the medicine for the Nebulizer, RECEIVED before 5pm SAME DAY by UPS !!I asked Shawn about C-PAP today, She is working on that now.Did she say "Here is what I need you to do" NO!! Shawn Said I will make sure it is taken care of !! Shawn set up the oxygen, explained it to my parents then followed up with me so I have had NO concerns about what was happening. I needed to ask a question about the medicine, I was able to talk to her and she answered me in less than 5 minutes. I will never be able to Thank You enough Shawn Bartley for being So Kind, So Attentive to my Aging parents needs! You went Above and Beyond what I could have every expected. May you be blessed for being the blessing you were to us !! If it is possible, Ask for Shawn to help You, the experience will be like nothing you have ever known!

Give them a bank card and they are charging it and sending me a bill so people watch them they are scamming people getting paid twice

Lincare in Elizabeth town has the worst customer service ever. Crystal is the manager she talks to you like you are a dog they do not try to work with you. I called a week ago to have a bed picked up and they cannot come until Monday now the bed has been broke for three months, and would not come and fix it. I would not recommend Lincare at all to anyone in the healthcare industry. Please search your local resources before going to Lincare. You will regret it.

Ordered cpap machine. Have not received it and no follow up from company other medical equipment companies siad there is no reason why we haven't r.ceived the cpap machine even with the shortage
