I miss the old traditional truck stops , these travel centers have monopolized the business so much the mom and pops are a rarity. Would be nice to walk in a place and not see the same old franchises as an option for food. Chips and hotdogs. Truckers don’t have banker hours so a warm breakfast before the day starts at any time of the day would be nice . Not tossing the biscuits out at 10:30 am on the dot . 3 stars for parking and a hello at the door ..
