Eddie The delivery driver went above and beyond for my fence delivery. He placed our pickets spread out in the backyard for easy installation for my crew and I. We really appreciate his effort and his service.

We ordered a set of countertops for our bathroom that took 2 weeks to be delivered. The countertops were damaged and we had to order a 2nd order and wait another 2 weeks. Then the 2nd order was also damaged and then said they need to order a 3rd time and it would be another 2 weeks!
We spent well over 6+ hours on the phone, making several trips to the store, etc. Only for them to offer 5% discount which doesn’t even cover the gas we had to use making the trips to the store. We went to the Home Depot and they got us taken care of the very same day.
Never using Lowe’s again…

First time stopping in for a bit. Won't be back. People were friendly enough and we were asked 6 times if we needed help in the ten minutes I was in the store. Kinda like best buy in their today. No checkout registers with human cashiers. All self checkout and they literally stand a watch you like a hawk. Then their scanner wouldn't work with DL for veterans discount so then they had to fix that anyways. Then wanted me download the lowes app to use that since the scanner had issues. If self checkout and apps are all you will offer then I might as well order online from elsewhere. Cheap corporate cost cutting.

I went looking for annual flowers for my flower box. Their outside patio is nicely separated between annuals and perennials. Good selection of healthy plants. The ones I bought are doing nicely.

This is a good place to pick up hardware items. We went in to pick up cap for roofing. We had trouble finding the pieces and couldn't find anyone to help. Couldn't find anybody to help out or to answer questions.

Open credit to do a privacy fence and was delivered a bunch molded panels, can't get any help from store and customer service offered me $25 gift card or I can return all the panels I have already hung, hoping they would get better. Be careful when you buy wood panels online from Lowes!
