Great shop, great people, fast . My sunroof busted they ordered the glass next day it was in , dropped car off and in 2 hours my car was done . Beautiful job done . Will use them if ever need to again . Oh did I say fair price also.

Meredith and Sons are amazing. We had two unfortunate events that led us to Meredith and Sons. We bought 2018 GMC Acadia that had a windshield leak. We brought it in after being recommended to them by a second dealership. First one recommended elsewhere, who was unprofessional. But Meredith completed a test a verified that our windshield did need to be replaced. By the next day, it was completed and ready for pick up. Second incident was our rear windshield was shattered by a car wash roller. We knew where to take it, to Meredith's. We brought it in, explained the situation and they understood. They had it done, again, by the next day. Meredith and Sons is the best place to go for a window replacement. They were professional and efficient with getting the work completed. They installed a windshield in my class A motor home. Kelly in the office is amazing. Having to deal with my very difficult insurance company ( Indiana Farm Bureau and safe lite) The guys in the shop are amazing. These are people who care. First experience was at Christmas when granddaughters gift had a broken was custom cut to fit. Then with the purchase of an antique table I needed a glass cover to protect the top it was cut at a very reasonable price and done very quickly. I will definitely go back to them for any further needs that may arise.

I called Meredith and Sons once a week for 3 months trying to get someone out to our home to replace a broken window. The receptionist told me every time that I called that someone would be to our house within the week and she would check on the status and call us back. Not only did we never receive a call back but no one ever came to replace the window. My 61-year-old father who has COPD ended up coming over and replacing the window for us as a last resort. Very unprofessional.
