Brought my car in for a weird clicking nose coming from below the car, they kept it all day and told me not to worry about it. A week later my entire tire flew off turns out the clicking noise were the lug nuts. Brought it back and paid $250 for a new wheel and tire, three days later that blew. Sent it to Big O tires and they told me that the tire was old and the lug nuts weren’t tight enough and if the tire hadn’t blown the wheel would’ve fell off anyway.Service: Tires
