Tracy was absolutely wonderful! I unexpectedly lost my little man that had been with me for over half my life. She was always compassionate and when I brought Pierce in she went over everything with me. I picked him up a couple days later and Seth was extremely polite and kind. I sobbed on the way home but I knew he had been taken care of with kindness and compassion.

I cannot recommend this enough most professional an understanding in such an incredibly difficult time she does such honor to your pet is the only thing that gave my heart peace when I lost my babies. My dearest boy perished in a house fire, along with my wallet and methods to pay.when it came time to pick my Jabberwocky up she was completely understanding and work with me without batting an eye. She is the definition of professional and compassionate.

My precious baby boy Sparky crossed the rainbow bridge on 2/8/2025. I got his ashes back on 2/13/2025 in a beautiful doghouse urn with his pawprints, his hair clipping, a beautiful poem and a seed paper to plant. I also got a beautiful card expressing sympathy for my loss. I want to thank Tracy for her kind words and for taking excellent care of my baby boy.

Would never recommend these people got a tote and blanket back opened it up smells like death from them leaving her in there for three days before cremation so freaking upset

Very helpful and kind people working here. They helped me load our dog into their van and he was a pretty big boy. Prices are fair for them to come get your pet and provide keepsakes afterwards. I was pleased with every step of the process with this company.

Peaceful pets were so kind and caring during our time of sadness when saying goodbye to one of our dogs. The conversations with Tracy were so heartwarming and needed. The ashes box and paw prints were beautifully done. So thankful we found them.

We lost my Buffy after a sudden illness and was heartbroken. I got her back today in a beautiful urn with her paw prints, her hair, a lovely poem and seed paper to plant in her memory. I also got a card in the mail today expressing sympathy for my loss. This all has brought me so much comfort and glad to know she was on such good hands

Over the weekend our beloved Aaron was involved in a hit and run and was left on the road. After we found him, our kind neighbors helped us bring him home. My family and I have been having a hard time processing our loss. Peaceful pets was kind enough to help us by picking up our baby because it was to painful for us. They have made this process easy and we are thankful they were here when we needed help. Thank you.

Tracy you provided such a wonderful service to me, I will now always have my buddy by my side.
Thank you so much for being so accommodating by coming in on Saturday so I could bring Bentley there and then being there after hours so I could pick him up and bring him home.
Everything is so nice, the paw prints, the certificate, the hair clippings that had his white, brown, gray and black hair and of course the wonderful urn with his ashes, thank you for taking care of my big man Bubby as I called him

I picked up my BearBear & Tracy is so amazing she is so kind & caring. Losing my baby has been so difficult & today I’ve cried my eyes out. Tracy put my baby in a beautiful box, she gave me 2 paw prints on wood, a large clipping of her hair, a beautiful certificate & even a paper paw print to plant with flower seeds. Losing my girl was so sudden I’ll never know why but I have to say Tracy comforted me with all love she put into my girl. BearBear was family like my child I’ll miss her forever but I’m eternally grateful to Tracy for her kindness & the love she put towards my baby. I’ll for sure be taking all my babies to Tracy when it’s their time though I hope it’s no time soon. I’m now in fear I’ll lose BearBears sister from another litter to soon. BearBear was only 9 & EmmyLou is 7 time goes to fast & their lives are to short. Thank Tracy you are a wonderful person & I truly love you for how you took care of my baby ♥️if you want your fur baby treated with love & dignity call Tracy when you need your fur baby cremated you will not be sorry that I can promise & when it’s such of a hard day she will take all the steps to make it easier on you. Even the financial part was not expensive & you get back more than just ashes you get back everything put together in a special way to keep.♥️

She was there for us in a horrible time. She picked up my babies and had them ready in a short period. The paw prints are so beautiful. The urn my babies are in is so beautiful. She was amazing in our time of need.

Peaceful pets went above and beyond the call of duty when I asked for their help during one of the saddest days of my life. They were compassionate and cooperative in my time of need. I had to reschedule a couple of times due to unexpected delays and they were phenomenal. The customer service was remarkable. They went out of their way to make a bad day better and picked my best friend up in the middle of the evening without hesitation. When I picked up my baby back up they were awesome and had paw prints, hair clippings and a beautiful urn. I will always go back whenever I am in need.
