I took my new puppy here for his very first grooming. We were both treated with 100% respect and love as soon as we walked in the door. Angela did an absolute amazing job taking care of him and he had a great experience. 10/10 I absolutely recommend taking your pets here. We will definitely be returning to her for future grooming appointments.

I often shop at PetSmart and feel that the layout is not in the best interest of the animals in the store. I understand this is may not be something the store associates can dictate but it is an issue. It may be something someone at corporate level needs to look into. Beta fish are the first thing you see upon entering, next is the reptiles, then the rodents and last the birds. All of these glass enclosures are directly in front of the doors. The cold air coming from the front doors opening is concerning because of the layout and temperatures being on the low end at times. It would be best to have these enclosures in areas less effected by other elements. I hope this is something that can be looked into further.

Went in with questions about high pH and what fish I could get in that range as I’m trying to get back into the hobby. I already knew that I did not want to buy any pH down as they are rated poorly and can be temporary fixes. I was recommended to speak with a lady that, per the other associate, should be able to answer to my question. I explain my tank situation with high pH level and she did not know. She said that I could bring in water to have them test. I have the master test kit and they only use the strips at Petsmart, so it would not give me the most accurate reading. I had to show her what testing kit I was even talking about and she kept trying to see if the testing kit had any idea of what fish I could have. In the mean time, she texted someone who was the expert on fish. However, while waiting on an answer she recommended for me to either wait it out or to just get fish and see. I did some googling and found a few fish options that could work, but the expert on fish person wasn’t getting back to her and she gets a radio message stating someone needs help on the fish wall and proceeds to just leave. She did mention she had just started working there not too long ago. I proceeded to go check out bc I obviously wasn’t going to get help from her. On the app it showed the water condition was having a promotion of 20% and I asked if I could do that in person, but they had to have a manager to type in their manager number if anything is over 15%. Lo and behold the lady that had left me standing there with no real answer ended up being the manager who had not been there that long.. in my opinion if you’re going to be a manager at Petsmart you should be a little more knowledgeable in all aspects of Petsmart like fish, animals they sell, food and animal products, etc.
I will say the gentleman that helped ring up my water conditioner was nice and helpful.
Called a few days ago and asked when their fish shipment came in and the person that answered said, I don’t know I think Wednesday or Thursday, instead of verifying with someone who does know they proceed to get of the phone. I feel this Petsmart needs to crack down on training so the associates can actually help pet parents with their questions.

I just got my dog groomed today by Ester..she did a AMAZING job.I loved his cut. I would give her an A+..Also, she was so friendly. I would definity recommend her.

Got a betta fish from here for $20 and he’s in horrible condition, fins are completely rotting off it’s so sad. I wish I could get a refund but I’m not sending him back to this horrible place.
