“Blew a trailer tire while hauling my new mini excavator home. Stranded, we had to unload and take the truck. No one was particularly helpful, but I'm grateful they had what I needed.”
“Took my girls for pawdicures. I usually take them to PetSmart in WA State and it usually includes cleaning the hair in the paws. That wasn't done and I mentioned one of my girls being a bit much due to anxiety. I'm used to seeing one always coming to help to make it easy and smooth. That didn't happened and my girl ended up a bleed from one nail. Girl was very professional and informed me and was kind about it but it did happened and passing info.”
