This whole appliance order process has been an absolute joke. The order was placed on Black Friday sales, we chose and paid in cash for everything. I wanted delivered in Feb, I had to extend because our house wasn't ready yet. Then Home Depot pushes my order delivery out three more times and no one can tell me why. I finally called customer service 4-5 times and someone told me that the fridge was the whole hold up because the lady that placed it in store didn't order it correctly and add the door panels like I requested in store. I finally after contacting the store dept every day for 5 days got someone to help me. They cancelled the order for the fridge. They ordered the new fridge and only offered to pay for part of the additional cost. I had to pay $400 more on top of what I already paid for my fridge. Even though the original issues with the fridge were not our fault. They ordered the fridge incorrectly and I had to pay $400 more for it. Then they told me they would pay the other $400 and they would apply free installation service on ALL of my appliances. Well the guys from the contractor place just dropped them off and they refused to install because the managers at Home Depot lied and didn't put the installation services on the appliances like they stated they would. So now I'm out $800 total on my appliances still. I should have went to Lowe's Appliance Dept and paid more money. I've never had these issues with Lowe's on any of my orders. Etown Home Depot is awful. And they don't want to correct their mistakes. They basically stole the deal I got on my appliances at Black Friday. And none of the managers care at all about correcting the issues. They didn't understand why I would even think I should get my fridge for the price I originally paid for it, and said I should not expect them to eat all that money on the new fridge because of their error. Very disappointed.

Thank you to Elijah, Caleb, and Avril for excellent customer service. I finally ordered appliances and I think I'll be pleased when the range, fridge, and dishwasher arrive and are installed.

The service at the store is great but I made the mistake of buying the Behr Ultra Scuff Defense paint and it is a horrible product!! Sprays on real thin and it runs, lots of drips, no good coverage at all, very light in the hiding results on the coverage and forget painting doors and trim it peels right off!! And not mention it's expensive so a real waste of time and money!! Beware people!

Check-in for curbside pick up and had to call after 30 mins of being checked-in because they didn't bring it out. When they finally brought the items, the reason it took so long was no one was paying attention so they didn't see that anyone was waiting.

My wife and I waited for over an hour for assistance buying a dish washer. Went to the service desk twice, they told me someone was on their way both times. Asked two employees that happened by while we were waiting and both said they would get someone. We had cash in hand and was going to buy it on the spot. After waiting for a little over an hour, we decided to head to Lowe's. We weren't in Lowe's 5 minutes that we had someone not only greet us but asked us how they could help. They walked us back to the dishwashers, helped us pick out one, and we were out the door. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. Not sure what's going on with Home Depot but they are way off their game. Thank you Lowe's.

Clean store. Everything is well marked. This is our go to store for all home improvement needs. Since moving I think we are here every other week if not more. Several great clearance buys. Mixed paint always comes out correctly. For the most part you can usually find an employee to help you. The side parking lot has a side road close to the Walgreens - it connects over to the gas station and longhorn and another red light! The other red light is close to sam's and much harder to get out of there!

I haven't even walked into Home Depot yet this review is based entirely on the condition of the parking lot. They really really really really really need to repave.
