Salad bar was OK but lacked compared to other places.Broccoli cheese soup was terrible!Was overcharged for salad bar, brought it to the waitresses' attention, she apologized, brought "corrected" bill back, and had still overcharged me.I won't go to another Ruby Tuesdays ever.

Absolutely horrible. We ordered two steaks, a ribeye and a Ny strip. Neither was cooked right. One was well done (ordered mid rare) other ordered medium (received barely over rare). NEITHER steak had any seasoning on them. Mashed potatoes were ice cold and tasted like they were from yesterday. We told the server the food was nasty and all she could do was apologize, never even offered to get the manager (which we never saw). Serious retraining needs to be done. The ONLY reason I'm rating 1 star is that I can't rate it 0 stars

Ordered to go from the hotel next door, was told it would be ready in 12 minutes, wasn't ready for 30 minutes. Paid extra for loaded tots and got naked tots. All of this while there was literally 2 customers in the restaurant. The ordering app also forces you to leave a tip... not sure who I am tipping since nobody served me. If it was worth my time I would demand money back. Place looks unclean and the staff is not friendly. Definitely do not recommend.

The server was very nice but that's where the niceties stopped. I got the smash burger with fries and salad bar. The salad bar was not good. The lettuce was fine but half the tomatoes still had the stems on them and the peas were slimy. My fries were completely cold like they had set out for an hour and the actual burger meat had so much cartilage it was not pleasant to eat. I was so disappointed Ruby Tuesdays used to be one of my favorite places for salad bar. The final straw for me was the restroom. It looked like the bathroom had not been mopped in weeks. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll visit here again.

Management needs step up & do something about the poor conditions here at the Elizabethtown Restaurant they are getting worse by the day Our food was great although it took forever to get! Our waitress was very friendly & attentive & apologetic for the inconvenience of waiting so long, I believe this was her 2nd week on the job she diid good!! the place needs a good scrubbing & cleaning the music was loud could hear yelling & screaming from kitchen & back area all way out to dining area (over the music) the young guy bartending was hollering/cursing at other co-workers from back in a horse playing kinda way but still very disrespectful. Another young lady I’m assuming the manager (not sure just know she came from back wasn’t in a uniform so I dnt know) she just sat at end bar not doing anything about the situation playing on her phone & they wonder why there losing their customers. Great food but horrible atmosphere & customer experience you could see the distress & aggravation on our waitress face as she was tryin to do her job but with co-workers like that No waitress/sever will benefit at this restaurant I doubt we”ll return it’s a shame to let a great restaurant be ruined by such bad management & employees that act like that I don’t recommend dining in

Service was terrible, our to go order was incomplete and incorrect as well as 45 min late. It was almost impossible trying to speak with a staff member that knew what was going on in the kitchen. The salad bar looked like an 80's truck stop restroom, nothing good was coming from the salad bar. I had the opportunity to see kitchen staff have a "meltdown" in the parking lot and then proceed to argue with what I presume to be some type of mgr. The entire experience was chaos and disappoiment. I did send an email to Ruby T's Corporate detailing our experience explaining that we paid $67.05 for a dinner that was 45 min late, cold, incomplete, and incorrect. I have not received any communication from anyone about my families experience. It is almost like they are afraid to speak with an unsatisfied consumer. A clear sign that this company has little to no concern for their customers. Too bad this chain was a great place to eat at.

Very good Ruby Tuesday! Always great salad bar, we enjoyed the Ribeye Quesadilla! Best of all was our server Brandy! Excellent and caring service.Vegetarian options: Salad bar is excellent.

Should have walked right out when we saw how dirty the salad bar was. Food took an hour, came out wrong and looked horrible, pale undercooked fried, burnt grill scrape was included on our plates (gross). Staff was apologetic and did not charge us when we chose to refuse the food and went elsewhere. Very dirty and smelled bad.

After having a rough day of travel, it was a blessing to walk into Ruby Tuesday and their comfortable atmosphere. CHASTITY helped us choose just the right dinner to suit our needs, and the delicious food was served hot and quickly. CHASTITY was cheerfully attentive and turned the tough day into a very pleasant experience. Thanks CHASTITY!

Jessica was great. She did a good job with suggestive selling. It seemed like the salad bar had not been serviced in awhile. That was disappointing.

Service was good. This was the worst meal we've ever had out. Ribeye was like leather. Baked potatoes was very old and brown. The kids Mac and cheese was kraft with no fruit or veggies. In our opinion they need to close the doors. Sorry and disappointed.

Chastity our server did a great job. She was extremely pleasant, timely and helpful.
