Employees are so unfriendly. Too young and strange to understand customer service. How about greeting your customers when they enter, and saying thank you after they check out? And stay off your phone while ringing up people…so unprofessional wow…

There is something to be said about awesome customer service! Emmaleigh and Alisha gave thirty extra minutes of their time helping me find a top with the perfect fit. They honestly couldn’t do their jobs any better. I will continue shopping at Rue because of them :)

Just left and purchased a hat. I took my glasses off to try on the hat and thought I misplaced them. I was retracing my steps when the MGR said I'd put them in my pocket. To which I replied, "you're good!"But I realized she was watching my every move as soon as I entered the store. So I went back, and sure enough, I asked as associate a question, to which the MGR said, "is she returning?" In ear shot. I felt some kind of way. Won't be back in there again, until she's gone. And trust! She'll be gone!
