I hate to even give them a 1 star....I had a very large print job I needed to get pricing and time to complete on. I called the store and before I could completely relay my needs to the clerk I was put on hold only to have someone come on line after several minutes to give me a partial price on the order. I tried to explain that I had more than the one flyer/presentation book I needed printed and was told they were extremely busy and that I should come in the store to get pricing.I called back to get the email to the print shop to submit the files online so they could look them over and give me a price only to be told "I'm not sure I can give out our email address" and again that I should come in the store. When I stated I was NOT coming in the store and I could take my business elsewhere I got a "well fine" and was hung up on.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO POC:: I WISH I COULD RATE 0 STARS!!Went there to ask how much it costs to print. The male employee said “80-something cents” I said 88 cents as I didn’t hear him, he said “80-something”… I left to check prices at Ups, came back and asked if my paper would print, the same employee could not tell me it would, so I asked him to show me where some were so I could purchase. He started to take me until a female employee asked him “where the tray on the printer was”. He then left me and just pointed “it’s down the bubble wrap aisle there’s a lot there.” So I left to help myself. Stayed on the aisle confused for a while as the product was not what I needed… so I searched the whole store myself and never found it, nor did help ever come back. I decided I would just buy my own printer and do it myself. I waited at the printer aisle thinking help would come.. never came. So I walked back up to the print station where 1 female employees sat, 1 checked out a customer, and the one male employee folded boxes. I still stood and waited. When the female finally finished her customer she turned away from me to talk to the other employees.. the male employee told her I was there and she ignored him and continued to talk to them with her back to me until a Caucasian male walked up to her at which she then turned, saw me there, and proceeded to check out the male whom had just walked up. No one ever acknowledged me, so I walked out the store and threw the coupon a fellow customer had given me in the trash. I will NEVER enter this store again. I felt so discriminated against. So unhelpful. Terrible service.

Service was fast, friendly. In and out. Store pickup no issues. Very easy. Not busy. Very large store and large parking area. Next to restaurants and other businesses. Got the job done.

Staples delivery guy is very rude I will come in store for my purchases from now on. The delivery van had 30 day tags on it if that helps find out who the guy was. Cursing and all type of mfers

Owen provided great customer service when he did some personal printing and copying for us. He assisted us in providing a stapler and rubber bands for our finished project as well as a work area. He was prompt and considerate which was greatly appreciated as we put together a financial proposal to build our dream house. Thank you Owen for making things go smoothly for us, just prior to our bank meeting….good job!!

Terrible customer service!A nightmare to return something, after two visits to the store was sent away with we will schedule UPS pickup. For some reason they gave me a 15day return window on a laptop. I don't think they can compete in todays market.

Would be nice for the printer and copier fees to be posted correctly and on or near the copiers but the quality of the prints is good. It will do for last minute prints until it's warm enough outside to keep my inverter and a printer in my car.

Colin is an excellent employee. He was very friendly and helpful. I am a manager in retail and he is a keeper!! It'd hard to find good people.

We went in with 2500 in cash in hopes to get our home office set up today. First stop was the printer aisle. We looked at all the options but had so many questions. No problem right? We looked around for someone to help us, no one could be found, but we did see someone up at the print counter. So we walked up and waited patiently for him to finish with another customer and then politely asked him if he or someone else could help us in the printer section. He said "ill get someone over there" and then turned away from us. So we walked back over to the printer section and waited. We could see him clearly, he helped another customer, then he went over to a computer and got on his phone. We waited for 15 minutes for the help to arrive. There were two other customers walking around the store but other than that they did not appear busy. We were about to leave when we saw a woman leave the back of the store and start walking our way. We actually thought we were about to get help. She instead walked past us. I said to her, "Maam, may we get some help we have questions." She paused while walking just enough that i know she heard me but instead she kept walking. She went behind the counter where the other guy was on his phone and did something on a computer, put on a coat, and left. I waved at the guy and he saw me and smiled but then turned away. We finally just left. We had planned to buy a printer, desk, chair, lots of paper and supplies in this one visit. However instead, we will never go back into that store. Staples has gone way down hill from several years ago when we shopped there.

Paid for same day business cards through Staples.com. Ordered the night prior to the pickup day. Went to pickup the cards and my interaction went like this:I'm here to pickup my same day business cards. (Did we notify you they were ready?) No, but I ordered them 18 hours ago, and I paid for same day.. and you close in a couple hours. (Sir we received over 20 orders for business cards today) Will you have mine done today since I paid for same day? (*sigh* we will try our best sir) There were two employees in the store and two customers including myself. Nothing was printing behind the counter. One cashier dude standing behind the register with his finger in his nose. Staples needs to clean house in that location and start completely over. I'll overnight through Vista Print next time.

Mwesa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and helped me decide on which laptop to buy. I won't shop anywhere else but Staples from now on....
